(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 11 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 13 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sheng Fengling Facing Trial

Ms. Sheng Fengling was arrested and taken to the Yantai City First Detention Center on November 28, 2025. She was scheduled to stand trial on December 18, 2025.

2. [Lechang City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Cao Liping Facing Trial

Ms. Cao Liping was scheduled to stand trial on December 16, 2025.

3. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Zhimin Detained

Ms. Guo Zhimin was arrested by local officers on October 24, 2025, and has been detained in the Pudong Detention Center in Jimo City. She was issued formal arrest warrant on November 18, 2025. She is now facing indictment after the police submitted her case to the Chengyang District Procuratorate.

4. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Xinxiang Sentenced to Four Years in Prison

Ms. Wang Xinxiang was arrested by Guangming Police Station officers on May 13, 2025. Her home was ransacked. The police confiscated her Falun Gong books, computer, and printer. She was taken to the Xishan Brainwashing Center the next day and then to the Tonghua City Detention Center on May 28, 2025. She was later sentenced to four years in prison and admitted to the Jilin Province Women’s Prison in late November 2025.

5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Mr. Peng Dan Detained

Mr. Peng Dan, around 60, was arrested at home by officers from the Baishazhou Police Station on September 19, 2025, after he was recorded by surveillance camera while distributing Falun Gong informational materials. He is currently held in the Wuchang District Detention Center.

6. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiaomei Detained

Ms. Wang Xiaomei was arrested at home by officers from Gaocheng District on December 9, 2025. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to the Xinhua Police Station. She is currently held in the Shijiazhuang City Second Detention Center.

7. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Hongyun Detained

Ms. Wang Hongyun, 61, was in contact with a practitioner from Xinjiang. The Xinjiang police travelled to Laixi City after that practitioner was arrested. They worked with local police and arrested Ms. Wang. She was taken to the Pudong Detention Center on November 6, 2025, and released on bail on December 6, 2025.

8. [Xinglong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Shuying Facing Indictment

Ms. Zhang Shuying was arrested in July 2025 for talking to people about Falun Gong and later released on bail. She received a call on December 12, 2025, informing her that her case had been submitted to the procuratorate and the prosecutor summoned her on December 16, 2025.

9. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Zhongmin Arrested

Mr. Li Zhongmin was arrested by Qiancao Police Station officers on December 10, 2025, while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. His home was ransacked by officers from the Qiancao Police Station and the Gaoba Police Station in the afternoon.

10. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhou Xuejun Detained

Ms. Zhou Xuejun was arrested on November 20, 2025. She is currently held at the Linyi City Detention Center.

11. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Xinmin Released after Serving a 4.5-Year Term

Mr. Wang Xinmin, 76, was released from the Tailai Prison on December 9, 2025, after serving a 4.5-year term.

12. [Tianjin] Ms. Huang Manying and Ms. Zhou Chenghui Detained

Ms. Huang Manying and Ms. Zhou Chenghui were arrested at their respective homes by officers from the Qingguang Police Station and Beichen District Police Department on July 24, 2025. Their homes were ransacked. They were held in the Caozhuangzi Detention Center and released on August 5, 2025.
