(Minghui.org) The poster exhibition exposing the CCP’s forced organ harvesting crimes, organized by the SMG Network (Stop Medical Genocide—Society for the Study of Organ Transplantation in China), was held at the Kanagawa Ward Cultural Center in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan from December 23 to 25, 2025. The documentary State Organs: Unmasking Transplant Abuse in China was screened at Kanagawa Auditorium on December 24.
People who attended the poster exhibition or the documentary learned how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) unlawfully harvests and sells organs, and were stunned about what Falun Gong practitioners face, and what innocent yet persecuted, had gone through. Maruyama, a city councilor in Zushi, condemned the CCP’s atrocities and encouraged practitioners not to give up hope and to continue their efforts.
Many local residents view the exhibition on Christmas, the last day of the exhibition, after finding out about it.
Despite the cold weather and chilly rain on Christmas eve, local residents came to watch the documentary State Organs at Kanagawa Auditorium on December 24. Zushi City Councilor Hiroaki Maruyama also attended the exhibition, instantly warming up the atmosphere.

“What I truly want to tell the Japanese people is that, the crime of forced organ harvesting happening in China is in fact the problem that we Japanese people, and all of humanity must work together to solve,” Zushi City Councilor Maruyama said at the screening. “Peace requires our efforts, and I hope everyone can take action.” He encouraged practitioners and said, “Although Faun Gong practitioners in China are facing a difficult situation, the evil is bound to lose, just as an ancient Chinese proverb says, ‘The net of Heaven is vast, and though its meshes are wide, nothing escapes it.’ I hope the practitioners will not give up the hope and continue to persevere.”
During the Q&A session after the screening, a man said, “It’s unbelievable. I can’t put it into words.” A woman in her 50s said, “I think Falun Gong practitioners are very healthy, that’s why the CCP wants their organs.” The audience was indignant hearing about the CCP’s atrocities.
The posters on display were from an international poster competitions themed “Stopping the Forced Organ Harvesting,” including works of the gold, silver and bronze award winners and shortlisted entries. These works left a deep impression on viewers and conveyed powerful messages. Some visitors even shed tears.
Some came after learning about the event through flyers or social media while others had known about the poster exhibition for a long time, but had never been able to attend it, and finally came to attend it this time.

Mr. Kuwata, a graphic designer
“Because I work on graphic design, I heard about this exhibition a long time ago,” said Mr. Kuwata, a graphic designer. “I have always wanted to come, and today I finally could attend the exhibition. The cruel practice of forced organ harvesting is happening, but the mainstream media in Japan is not reporting on it. This is very strange.”

One of the two women who came with their friends said, “We knew about the CCP’s cruel [forced organ harvesting] from social media. We also supported the Falun Gong practitioners who were raising awareness of persecution on the streets. We believe that we must all find a way to stop the CCP’s atrocities.”
