(Minghui.org) Practitioners were invited to participate in the 24th Central Public Hall Celebration on March 2, 2025, in Hiroshima, Japan. They introduced Falun Dafa and taught the exercises to a welcoming audience.

The Hiroshima City Central Public Hall Celebration is usually held the first weekend in March when the weather has started to warm and the flowers are beginning to bloom. There are stage performances; handicraft, gardening, and painting exhibits; and auctions of daily necessities and various commodities, as well as an area that showcases health and hobbies. It is a very popular event.
Practitioners demonstrated the five exercises on stage and introduced Falun Dafa. Afterwards, they did the waist drum dance. The practitioner who introduced Falun Dafa said, “Falun Dafa is practiced by more than 100 million people around the world. Many have had their illnesses resolved, reduced stress and become optimistic, and seen their physical and mental health improve by practicing Falun Dafa.” The audience followed practitioners’ movements during the exercise demonstration on stage, and the atmosphere was peaceful.
When practitioners demonstrated the exercises in the afternoon, those who participated said that they felt warm and comfortable. Ms. Naoko Tasaka, who did the exercises for the first time, said, “The movements are slow, but I didn’t expect the energy field to be so strong. My whole body felt warm, which really surprised me. I felt very peaceful, which also made me feel the profoundness of this practice.” Ms. Tasaka said she would continue doing the exercises in the future.
Teaching the Falun Dafa exercises
Practitioners also told people who were interested in Falun Dafa, “Practicing the five exercises helps energy flow throughout the body, and you feel energized afterwards. Especially these days, when people are easily fatigued, practicing these exercises help you feel relaxed physically and can also improve mental health.”
