(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 11 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Jingjuan Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison
2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained
3. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Mr. Meng Xianqiang Arrested
4. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Fu Qiurong Detained
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Detained
6. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Yan Detained
7. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Lile Persecuted

1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Jingjuan Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison

Ms. Zhu Jingjuan was arrested in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, on March 1, 2024. She was recently sentenced to three years and six months in prison.

2. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Ms. Chen Xiuying, Ms. Du Xiaoxin, and Mr. Fan were arrested in July 2025 and have been detained since.

3. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Mr. Meng Xianqiang Arrested

Mr. Meng Xianqiang was arrested on July 29, 2025. His home was ransacked.

4. [Longkou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Fu Qiurong Detained

Ms. Fu Qiurong was arrested at home by several Donglai Police Station officers on the morning of July 17, 2025. She was handcuffed so tightly that the cuffs cut into her flesh. Her home was ransacked. She was detained in the Yantai City Detention Center and released on August 1, 2025.

5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Mr. Bu Xuewen and several practitioners who were visiting him were arrested by Xizhotong Police Station officers on the afternoon of August 1, 2025. Mr. Bu was released due to his health condition. The other practitioners are still detained.

6. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Yan Detained

Mr. Liu Yan was arrested by Lianshan Street Station officers on June 9, 2025. He was interrogated at the municipal case management center on June 24, 2025, after serving a 15-day administrative detention. He was then transferred to the Huludao City Detention Center and released on bail on July 31, 2025.

7. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhou Lile Persecuted

Ms. Zhou Lile, 57, was recorded by a surveillance camera while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong near her son’s home in Beijing on February 14, 2025. She was arrested later that day and has been detained at the Daxing Detention Center in Beijing since.

Ms. Zhou was previously arrested at work by Nanshan Police Station officers on November 23, 2015, and detained for 10 days at the Jixi City Detention Center. She was arrested again by the Nanshan Police Station officers on May 25, 2023, and detained for 15 days.
