My Husband and Others Amazed by the Remarkable Healing of My Broken Wrist

Jan. 29, 2026 |   By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Shandong Province

(Minghui.org) What happened to me in 2012 was nothing short of a miracle, and fellow practitioners encouraged me to share my story and validate Dafa.

On December 25, 2012, a fellow practitioner and I were making truth-clarifying DVDs at my home, preparing them for fellow practitioners to use in clarifying the truth during the New Year celebrations. Two weeks earlier, a heavy snowfall fell in our area. The weather was freezing, and the snow had frozen solid, making the roads treacherous to walk on.

Carrying a heavy bag full of truth-clarification DVDs, I left the stairwell and turned toward my small storage room, a distance of about five hundred meters. I was about ten meters away when the security guard from my workplace suddenly appeared ahead. Startled, I lost my footing and fell flat on my face with a thud.

With my right hand holding the bag full of CDs, I feared they might spill out. I quickly raised my right hand, and my left hand instantly plunged into the snow pile on the ground. The force was too great, and I twisted my wrist and fell backward.

I got up and looked around, seeing no one. I quickly put the bag inside my storage room. That’s when I noticed my left wrist was hanging limply. I tried to lift my hand, but it simply wouldn’t obey—it remained limp and unresponsive. Looking closer, I saw my wrist had already swollen up, with the bones inside bulging towards the skin. At that moment, I felt a sharp pain in my wrist.

Without a second thought, I clasped my left hand in my right and chanted, “You return to your position, I rectify my heart.” I repeated it several times. After a while, I felt the bones in my wrist snap back into place, but it still throbbed with pain. When I tried to lift my arm, it was frozen stiff, and my wrist was swollen. I told a fellow practitioner, and she clasped my arm and sent forth righteous thoughts, which eased the pain a little.

I decided not to tell my family. While I could study the Fa and practice the exercises, the pain at night was so intense it kept me awake. The following day, my husband and son left early to pick up his nephew from out of town for the New Year celebrations. They left at four in the morning and wouldn’t return until ten that night.

That same day, our home’s electricity needed repair, so I arranged a repair person, cooked a meal for them, and did the household chores. Despite the wrist pain, I refused to let anything slow me down—I just kept doing what needed to be done. As a practitioner, I knew not to dwell on any possible outcome to my wrist.

Two days later, my husband asked me to knead dough and make some noodles. Only then did I tell him: “I fell down the stairs the day before yesterday and hurt my arm.” Seeing that the swollen area on my wrist had turned dark, with my palm and fingers all puffy and leaving an indentation when pressed, he immediately called our son.

Early the next morning, our son arrived. The two of them bundled me into the car and rushed me to the hospital. After an X-ray, the doctor said I had broken my wrist, and some small fragments were floating in there as well. I needed surgery followed by a cast. Listening to this, I thought to myself: I am a practitioner. I believe in Master and Dafa. The doctor had told our son to first go to get the medication. Taking advantage of this moment, I got up and walked out.

Although the test results were out, I negated the result. Cultivators have their own standards, and things should be measured by the principles of Dafa. Thinking this way, I calmly walked home.

After about a mile, my son and husband caught up with me. My son said, “Mom, really—what can I say? If you won’t have surgery, couldn’t you at least wear a cast?” I replied, “It’s fine. It’ll be better in a few days. Don’t worry!” My husband leaned out of the car, fuming, and shouting at me. Seeing he was truly angry, I silently got into the car to go home.

Three days after the New Year, I visited a fellow practitioner’s home. As soon as I entered, they said, “Since you’re here today, stay awhile. We’ll help you send forth righteous thoughts.” We spent the entire day studying the Fa together. When it came time to send forth righteous thoughts at midnight, we continued for a bit longer.

I glanced down and saw—my left hand was gone! The wrist was cleanly severed, and the hand itself had vanished without a trace. Startled, I suddenly saw a complete hand fly over, and with a “whoosh,” it smoothly connected to my arm at the wrist. This was simply unbelievable! A voice resounded loudly; “Here, this is for you to use in Fa-rectification!” Tears instantly streamed down my face: Master had given me a perfect new hand!

My gratitude toward Master was overwhelming, and I began sobbing uncontrollably, my heart crying out: “Master! Master! Your disciple is so unworthy and incompetent, but you... you...” I had forgotten I was at a fellow practitioner’s home, and is was the middle of the night. Hearing the commotion, fellow practitioners rushed in and were all deeply moved. By morning, I could stretch my arms during exercises.

The next day, after returning home, I displayed my wrist to my husband, moving it to demonstrate that my hand was healed. At first, he didn’t believe it. He stared at my hand, examining it from all angles. When he saw that my hand was truly functioning normally, he was genuinely impressed by the greatness of Master, and believed in the miraculous power of Falun Dafa.

Nine days after the New Year, I went with a fellow practitioner to collect boxes of DVDs. Each box contained a thousand DVDs, and I carried them from the house to the car. My fellow practitioner said, “I completely forgot that your hand is still recovering.” I replied, “It’s alright, practitioners have their own standards.”

People often say that it takes a hundred days to heal a broken bone. Yet, I regained full mobility of my hand in less than ten days. I am deeply grateful for everything Master has done for me!
