8. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chao Dongmei and Ms. Chen Xueqin Arrested
9. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxia Taken to Prison

1. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Mr. Wang Zhanqing Detained

Mr. Wang Zhanqing was arrested at work in mid-September 2026 by the local police. He is being held in the Sanhe City Detention Center.

2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Lyu Jie and His Wife Ms. Zhang Xueyan Detained

Mr. Lyu Jie and his wife, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, were arrested at home by more than ten officers from the Gaocheng District Domestic Security Division and Lianzhou Police Station on September 10, 2026. Their computers and other belongings were confiscated. Mr. Lyu is being held in the Gaocheng District Detention Center, while Ms. Zhang is being held in the Shijiazhuang City Detention Center.

3. [Suining City, Sichuan] Mr. Zheng Deliang Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Zheng Deliang was arrested by officers from the Jiefu Road Police Station in May 2026. Presiding Judge Wang Shasha of the Chuanshan District Court sentenced him to two years in prison on July 8, 2026, without a hearing.

4. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Lang Dongyue Abused in Prison

Ms. Lang Dongyue was held in solitary confinement and subjected to brainwashing, while serving time in the Hebei Province Women’s Prison. The guard threatened that she wouldn’t be allowed to return to a regular cell unless she renounced Falun Gong. She was also denied visits by her family and deprived of many other basic rights.

5. [Guangzong County, Hebei Province] Ms. Hou Xiaomei Harassed

Ms. Hou Xiaomei was harassed at home at around 8 p.m. on September 23, 2026. The police questioned her if she was still practicing Falun Gong and attempted to take photos of her. She refused to comply.

6. [Zhengzhou, Henan Province] 83-Year-Old Mr. Wang Xingyou Harassed

Mr. Wang Xingyou, 83, was harassed on September 18-20, 2026, when he was staying at his daughter’s home. The community workers ordered him to attend a meeting, sign a “guarantee statement,” or do an interview. He refused to comply and was forced to leave his daughter’s home.

7. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Ping Monitored

Ms. Chen Ping reported seeing police staking out her apartment building on September 25, 2026.

8. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chao Dongmei and Ms. Chen Xueqin Arrested

Ms. Chao Dongmei was distributing Falun Gong materials near Yuanchen Supermarket on the evening of September 16, 2026, when she was reported to the police by a patrol officer. She was arrested and her home was ransacked. She was subsequently placed under administrative detention for six days and released on September 23.

Ms. Chen Xueqin, 68, was distributing Falun Gong flyers on September 20, when she was tracked down by police via a surveillance camera and arrested. She was placed under five days of administrative detention.

9. [Renqiu City, Hebei Province] Ms. Feng Suxia Taken to Prison

Ms. Feng Suxia, 62, was sentenced to three years and three months by the Renqiu City Court on January 6, 2026. Her appeal was denied by the Cangzhou City Intermediate Court. She was admitted to the Hebei Province Women’s Prison in mid-September 2026.
