1. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Ailan Sentenced

Ms. Wang Ailan, 81, was sentenced to six months in prison on an unknown date. She was seized at home on June 23, 2026, and admitted to the Shandong Province Women’s Prison to serve time.

2. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Dai Limei Transferred to Prison

Ms. Dai Limei was transferred from the Daqing City Second Detention Center to the Heilongjiang Province Women’s Prison in the end of September 2026 to serve a one-year term.

3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Sun Jianzhong Formally Arrested

Mr. Sun Jianzhong was issued a formal arrest warrant by the Fengrun District Procuratorate on September 24, 2026.

4. [Shenze County, Hebei Province] Mr. Liu Yupeng Detained

Mr. Liu Yupeng, around 60, was arrested on September 28, 2026, by two plainclothes officers from the Chengqu Police Station. He is being held in the Shenze County Detention Center.

5. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Chuanjie Detained

Mr. Zhao Chuanjie was arrested at home on September 29, 2026, by Yongnian Industry District Police Station officers. Thy searched his home and confiscated his Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, Falun Gong printouts, and other items. He is being held in the Yongnian District Lockup.

6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. An Gaifeng and Ms. Ma Shengqin Detained

Ms. An Guifeng was arrested on September 23, 2026. The police searched her home and confiscated her Falun Gong books, paintings about Falun Gong, and other items. She was detained for five days and released on September 27, 2026.

Ms. Ma Shengqin was arrested on September 16, 2026, by officers from the Qingfengdian Police Station and village secretary. They confiscated her Falun Gong books, over 10,000 yuan in cash, and other items. She was detained for 12 days and released on September 28.

7. [Laixi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wu Cailing Arrested

Ms. Wu Cailing was arrested at home in late September 2026 after being reported for using paper currency bills with Falun Gong messages printed on them. Her home was ransacked. She was taken to a police station for interrogation. She refused to sign any documents and was released soon after.

8. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Six Practitioners Harassed

Guo Xiuqing, Chen Xiuyun, Yang Ruiying, Xiao Zhenguo, Li Hua, and Zhang Jiehua were harassed and photographed in their respective homes around September 25, 2026.

9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Four Practitioners Detained

Ms. Zhang Larong was arrested on an unknown date. Instead of releasing her from the Wuhan City First Lockup on September 24, 2026, as previously scheduled, the authorities transferred her to a brainwashing center.

Ms. Kong Xiaoxiao, Ms. Kong Mimi, and Ms. Lu Yuxiu were also scheduled to be released on September 24, 2026, after 15 days of detention. While Ms. Kong Xiaoxiao and Ms. Lu were indeed released, Ms. Kong Mimi was also transferred to a brainwashing center.

10. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Xue Detained

Ms. Li Xue, in her 60s, from Inner Mongolia was staying at her daughter’s home in Changchun City to take care of her grandchild. She was arrested in Changchun in early September 2026 and is being held in the Weizigou Detention Center.

11. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Yinghua Released from Prison

Ms. Wang Yinghua was sentenced to three and a half years in prison by the Linghai City Court. She finished her term and was released on September 8, 2026.
