(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 6 cities or counties in 4 provinces, where at least 12 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Ruixiang Faces Second Hearing
2. [Zoucheng City, Shandong Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested
3. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Xiao Genxiang Faces Trial
4. [Nanjin City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xie Jin’e Arrested
5. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuye Arrested
6. [Boli County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ma Fang Detained

1. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Song Ruixiang Faces Second Hearing

Ms. Song Ruixiang was arrested on September 8, 2025, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was placed under criminal detention at Daqing City Second Detention Center. She was tried by the Ranghulu District Court on December 10, 2025. A second hearing was scheduled for February 11, 2026.

2. [Zoucheng City, Shandong Province] Seven Practitioners Arrested

Practitioners Li Yong’ai, Li Li, Lu Hong, Han Aiwen, Zhou Qingmei, Zhai Ailing, and Zhang Songqin were arrested around January 28, 2026. They were held at the Zoucheng City Lockup Center. Only Zhou has been released.

3. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Xiao Genxiang Faces Trial

Ms. Xiao Genxiang, 76, was arrested at home on October 9, 2024, by Qingyunpu District Domestic Security Division officers. She was indicted in December 2025 by the Xihu District Procuratorate and is now facing trial by the Xihu District Court.

4. [Nanjin City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Xie Jin’e Arrested

Ms. Xie Jin’e, around 84 years old, was arrested at home around November 10, 2025. She is being held in Changzhou City Women’s Prison, about 80 miles from Nanjing.

5. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Xiuye Arrested

A group of police officers broke into Ms. Zhao Xiuyue’s home, on December 21, 2025. They searched her home and took her to the Yantai City Detention Center. She was denied admission due to her physical condition and was released on bail the next day.

6. [Boli County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ma Fang Detained

Ms. Ma Fang was arrested on January 20, 2026. She was detained for 12 days and released on February 2.
