(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 5 provinces, where at least 14 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Dianhua Arrested
7. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Cao Xiaomei’s Family Harassed
8. [Yiyuan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Fang Qing’e Detained
9. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Chen Guicun and His Wife Ms. Chen Ji’e Released from Prison

1. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Four Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Zong Lirong was arrested on February 28, 2026, and detained in the Dalian City Detention Center. Ms. Luo Yue, Ms. Yang Ping, and Zhang were also arrested around the same time. Ms. Yang has been released due to a health condition.

2. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Court Withdraws Money from Ms. Li Mingfang’s Bank Account

When Ms. Li Mingfang went to her bank for a withdrawal on February 11, 2026, she was shocked to be told that the Qiaoxi District Court had seized 5,000 yuan from her account on September 5, 2025. She later confirmed that the withdrawal was for her court fine, which she had received after being sentenced to 15 months in September 2023. Ms. Li refused to pay the fine, but the court forcibly withdrew the money from her account.

3. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Shi Guoxin and Mr. Jia Zhanmin Harassed

Mr. Shi Guoxin was harassed at home by three officers, including Li Minghao from the Yangjiazhuang Police Station, on October 30, 2025. They took a photo of Mr. Shi without his permission. Li and another officer harassed Mr. Shi again on January 15, 2026.

The same officers also harassed Mr. Jia Zhanmin on the same day. On January 25, 2026, Mr. Jia went to the police station, trying to persuade the police not to participate in the persecution. They arrested him, took him to a local lockup, and attempted to detain him. Mr. Jia refused to exit the police car, and after 20 minutes, the police took him back to the police station. Two officers harassed Mr. Jia again on January 27, 2026.

4. [Tianjin] Ms. Luo Jixin Arrested

Ms. Luo Jixin, in her 60s, was arrested on March 3, 2026, by officers from the Hebeitun Police Station and Wuqing District Domestic Security Division. Her home was ransacked, and several Falun Gong books were confiscated. The police claimed that she was recorded by a surveillance camera distributing informational materials about Falun Gong.

5. [Hui County, Henan Province] Mr. Yang Jinhan Harassed

Mr. Yang Jinhan was harassed at home by Zhang Township Police Station officers on the afternoon of March 4, 2026. They confiscated a photo of Falun Gong’s founder.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Wang Dianhua Arrested

Mr. Wang Dianhua was arrested on March 2, 2026.

7. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Cao Xiaomei’s Family Harassed

Ms. Cao Xiaomei has been forced to live away from home for five years to avoid persecution. Unable to find her, five officers harassed her son and daughter-in-law on the afternoon of January 13, 2026, attempting to force them to reveal her whereabouts.

8. [Yiyuan County, Shandong Province] Ms. Fang Qing’e Detained

Ms. Fang Qing’e, a high school teacher, is currently detained at the Zibo City Detention Center.

9. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Chen Guicun and His Wife Ms. Chen Ji’e Released from Prison

Mr. Chen Guicun and his wife Ms. Chen Ji’e, were arrested in July 2025 and later sentenced to unknown terms. They have been released on January 20, 2026.
