(Minghui.org) I started practicing Falun Dafa in 2011, and over the years, I have experienced amazing changes, both physically and mentally. All of my family members, friends, and neighbors believe Falun Dafa is very good, and they have also enjoyed due blessings. The following are a few stories that demonstrate the extraordinary power of Falun Dafa.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) abruptly changed its policy from strict lockdowns to opening up completely without proper preparation, resulting in more than 90% of the population showing symptoms of infection to varying degrees. My sister-in-law became very sick, as she was already rather weak from pre-existing conditions, including diabetes and a past stroke.
She was admitted to a hospital, where a CT scan showed extensive “white lung.” The doctors told my niece (her daughter), “There is no effective medication for her condition. It all depends on her immune system now. You should get prepared.”
My sister-in-law couldn’t eat and was coughing very badly. I reminded my niece that they should all keep reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
After five days passed, my sister-in-law had another checkup, and the doctors said that there was little improvement. I realized the severity of her condition and said to my niece, “From now on, you and your mom must keep reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ all the time, whenever you can.” I also called my sister-in-law and told her to do so. “Let’s celebrate the Chinese New Year back home together,” which was less than 10 days away.
“Can I really make it?” my sister-in-law asked in doubt. I encouraged her, “Of course you can. Just hold firm belief in Dafa, and miracles will happen.”
They trusted me and kept reciting the two magical phrases with full sincerity. My sister-in-law’s condition improved daily and she began feeling more confident.
On the sixth day, she had another CT scan, and was told that she was well enough to be discharged from the hospital.
Falun Dafa saved my sister-in-law’s life, and she often says, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. These words are deeply rooted in my heart now. Falun Dafa saved my life. I will always remember this.”
In our area, farmers usually burn the corn stalk residue in their fields before spring sowing. Around seven or eight years ago, my elder brother and his son went to burn the stubble on a block of land at the base of a mountain. It was a nice day, but soon after they started the fire, the wind picked up and caused the fire to become fiercer, and start spreading up the mountain with the wind.
My brother and his son realized that they needed to put out the fire quickly, otherwise it would burn the entire mountain, including a breeding farm worth millions of yuan. They tried very hard to put out the fire, but it was quickly moving up the mountain.
Just then, my brother remembered that I had told him he should always recite the two phrases “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” in difficult situations.
He started reciting the phrases right away, and said, “Dafa’s Master, please help us.”
As he was saying this, the wind stopped, and the fire weakened. They quickly put it out and avoided all the potential damage and loss.
My brother was extremely grateful to Master and Falun Dafa for the protection and blessing.
Late one afternoon a few years ago, my son went out to buy some cooking oil, and came back after about 20 minutes. He told me that he was having trouble breathing. It was getting dark, and I said to him, “We have two choices—either calm down and recite ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ or go to the hospital for a checkup. You decide what to do.”
My son didn’t want to go to the hospital, and instead went to his room. “I’ll recite the two phrases with you,” I said. However, as he was about to sit down, he got up, saying it was now even harder for him to breathe. We kept reciting for about five or six minutes, and then he said, “Mom, I’m okay now!” He was indeed perfectly fine. I had witnessed another miracle in our family.
My niece lives in the countryside. When her son was in grade two, and around eight or nine years old, he was involved in a car accident, but his parents didn’t know anything about it (they were very busy running a store at the time) until he told them several years later.
The boy was riding his bike through a narrow alley. There was a big truck on the right, blocking the way and blocking his vision, so he turned left into the path of a car. He instantly remembered to recite “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” before the car hit him head on.
“I was so scared that I closed my eyes, and felt I was lunging forward and landing on a soft cushion, without any pain,” he said. “When I opened my eyes, I saw that I was lying on the car hood, with no injuries at all. The front wheel of my bike was deformed though.”
“I knew that those nine characters saved my life,” he went on, “Since then, I have often wondered how it was possible that I was saved simply by reciting ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ It’s truly incredible! Dafa’s Master might be a god! Those nine words are now deeply rooted in my heart. Thank you, Dafa’s Master, for saving my life!”
I am good friends with a woman at work. Around six or seven years ago, she noticed a small lump in her breast, and after checkups at two local hospitals, she was advised to seek treatment in a provincial hospital. My colleague thought it must be very serious.
She came to see me, and her eyes were red from crying. After she told me about the lump, I comforted her and told her not to worry because she would be fine.
I had clarified the facts about Falun Dafa to her many years prior, and helped her quit the CCP organizations. I also gave her a Falun Dafa amulet.
Seeing she was so worried, I told her some true stories about how people who were terminally ill regained their health by sincerely reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
I encouraged her, “Dafa looks at people’s hearts. As long as you have a sincere heart, something malignant may become benign. Anything is possible.”
“Thank you, I know what to do now,” she said to me with determination.
The next day, she and her husband went to a provincial hospital, and the diagnosis was stage one breast cancer. She was told to come back for surgery in five days. During those five days, the couple kept reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
On the sixth day, when she was due for admission, the doctors were surprised to find that the lump in her breast had become soft.
“Is it a good thing that it has become soft?” my colleague asked. “Of course it’s a good thing—it means that it might not be cancer,” the doctors told her. The operation went ahead as planned, and it turned out to be a cyst. The laboratory results showed it was benign.
A doctor said to her, “This is the first time in my years of experience that a malignant tumor has turned benign. You’re truly lucky!”
Little did they know that this was another miracle of the blessings from Falun Dafa to sentient beings.
My husband works with our neighbor’s husband, so our families are in touch from time to time. However, they had refused to accept truth-clarification materials about Falun Dafa due to the CCP’s lies and brainwashing.
Five years ago, my neighbor’s husband was diagnosed with cancer in a provincial hospital, and came home to prepare for hospital admission and surgery. I thought it would be a good opportunity to clarify the truth to save him, so in my heart I asked Master to strengthen me with wisdom.
I first talked with his wife, and unlike in the past, she was very responsive and asked me to talk to her husband as well. I did, and after learning the truth, both agreed to quit the CCP organizations. I also asked them to keep reciting the two auspicious phrases “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-compassion-Forbearance is good,” which could bring them blessings. We also recited the phrases together for a while.
They went to the hospital as planned a few days later. After treatment, the husband recovered quickly, and a year later he was basically back to normal. Two years later, he had regained his health completely, and they moved to the provincial city to help take care of their grandson. They have repeatedly said that Falun Dafa saved his life.
Five years have gone by, and they still keep reciting “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” every day, and enjoy a peaceful, healthy, and happy life with their family.
Falun Dafa encompasses the highest principles of the universe, and it is here to save people. Whoever acknowledges “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” can be saved and have a bright future. I sincerely hope that more and more people will remember these two auspicious phrases so they can be saved and blessed with a wonderful future.
