1. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Tang Falong, 44, Ms. Ou Yuling, 49, and Ms. Wu Liqiong, 40, were arrested by Yinhai District Police Station officers on June 2, 2026.

2. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhou Xuerong Sentenced to Two Years in Prison

Ms. Zhou Xuerong, around 70, was sentenced to two years in prison and fined 8,000 yuan in April 2026.

3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Liu Zhenli Taken to Brainwashing Center After Serving Six Years in Prison

Ms. Liu Zhenli finished serving a six-year prison term on October 15, 2025. Yet the authorities refused to release her and took her directly to a brainwashing center.

4. [Xinji City, Hebei Province] Ms. Shi Jing and Ms. Wang Xiaomei Facing Trial

Ms. Shi Jing and Ms. Wang Xiaomei were arrested in December 2025 for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. They are now facing trial by the Jinzhou City Court.

5. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Huzhe Sentenced to Jail

Mr. Li Huzhen has been admitted to the Gongzhuling Prison to serve a prison sentence. Details about his prosecution are unknown.

6. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tu Qiwei Detained

Ms. Tu Qiwei, 72, was arrested at a relative’s home on the evening of June 3, 2026, by officers from the Guanghua Street Police Station and Shuangnan Police Station. Her home was ransacked, and her tablet and a Falun Gong book were confiscated. The police said they arrested her because she was photographed while distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. She has been detained since.
