5. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Liu Jihui and Shao Ping Detained
6. [Yinchuan City, Niningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Eleven Practitioners Indicted
7. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhen Yuxian Arrested
8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Xingge Harassed

1. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Gao Jingfang Sentenced

Ms. Gao Jingfang was arrested on January 13, 2026, by officers from the Binhai Police Department. She was sentenced to four years in prison at an unknown time, and she has appealed.

2. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Jingqiu Faces Indictment

Ms. Yan Jingqiu was arrested and put into a local detention center on March 14, 2026. She was issued a formal arrest warrant the next day. The police have submitted her case to the local procuratorate.

3. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xu Meihua Formally Arrested

Ms. Xu Meihua’s family was notified on June 25, 2026, that she had been formally arrested.

4. [Shaoyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Yang Xiaolan Detained

Ms. Yang Xiaolan, 63, of Dongkou County, was arrested in mid-June 2026 by Dongkou County police after someone reported her for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She is being held in Shaoyang City.

5. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Liu Jihui and Shao Ping Detained

Liu Jihui, 66, gender unknown, and Shao Ping, 64, gender unknown, were arrested on June 23, 2025. Their homes were ransacked. They are being held at the Datong City Detention Center.

6. [Yinchuan City, Niningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Eleven Practitioners Indicted

Mr. Xie Yiqiang, Ms. Li Jinhua, Mr. Li Shilin, Ms. Zhu Ling, Ms. Liang Yuhua, Ms. Mao Minwu, Ms. Li Mengying, Mr. Ding Qian, Mr. Li Tianyuan, Ms. Shen Dongmei, and Mr. Zhao Lin were arrested on November 2, 2025, in a coordinated arrest organized by Yinchuan City Police Department. The Xixia District Procuratorate recently indicted them, and the Xixia District Court has docketed the case.

Except for Ms. Liang, who was released on bail, the other practitioners are being held at the Yinchuan City Detention Center.

7. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhen Yuxian Arrested

Ms. Zhen Yuxian was arrested on June 26, 2026, by the Xidayingzi Police Station officers. She was denied admission by the local detention center due to a health condition.

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Xingge Harassed

Ms. Liu Xingge was harassed at home around June 10, 2026, by the Dalianwan Police Station officers. They questioned her if she still practiced Falun Gong, and ordered her not to talk to people about the practice. They videotaped her during the whole process.
