(Minghui.org) A woman in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, was recently admitted to prison to serve a five-year-and-two-month term for her faith in Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline that has been persecuted by the Chinese communist regime since 1999.
Ms. Liu Huixia, in her 60s and a retired employee of the Qishan County Water Conservancy Bureau, was arrested at home on May 22, 2024. She was first held at the Qishan County Detention Center and then transferred to the Meishan County Detention Center in July 2024 before being moved to the Fufeng County Detention Center.
