(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 19 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Xiaoxia Facing Indictment

6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhu Chengqian Facing Indictment
8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Seven Practitioners Harassed
9. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Wenrong Sentenced to Prison

1. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Xiuying and Mr. Du Xiaoxin Facing Trial

Ms. Chen Xiuying and Mr. Du Xiaoxin were arrested in July 2025. They were scheduled to be tried on July 3, 2026.

2. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Xingxiang Facing Indictment

Ms. Wang Xingxiang was arrested by Huifa Police Station officers in early June 2026 and has been detained in the Changchun City Women’s Detention Center ever since. Her case was recently submitted to the Dehui City Procuratorate.

3. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Liwei Incarcerated to Serve a Four-Year Term Given in 2020

Ms. Yang Liwei was arrested and taken to the Benxi City Detention Center on May 8, 2026. She was transferred to the Liaoning Province Women’s Prison on June 18, 2026, to serve a four-year term she was given in 2020.

4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Xiaoxia Facing Indictment

Ms. Liu Xiaoxia was arrested by officers from the Shahekou District Domestic Security Division on June 10, 2026. Her case has been submitted to the Shahekou District Procuratorate, which issued a formal arrest warrant for her.

5. [Tianjin] Ms. Yu Rongxiang Harassed

Zhao Wenyi and another officer from the Chenju Town Police Station went to Ms. Yu Rongxiang’s home on June 11, 2026. She was not there at that time. The officers tore posters off a wall and confiscated a Falun Gong book. They also intimidated Ms. Yu’s daughter-in-law, who was there by herself.

6. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Wang Chunfang, Ms. Wang Ailing, and Ms. Wang Shouhua were arrested between June 9 and 11, 2026. Ms. Wang Chunfang and Ms. Wang Shouhua are being held in the Tangshan City First Detention Center. Ms. Wang Ailing’s situation is unknown.

7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhu Chengqian Facing Indictment

Mr. Zhu Chengqian, 61, was arrested on March 1, 2026, and is being held in the Jinzhou District Detention Center. His case was recently submitted to the Pulandian District Procuratorate.

8. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Seven Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Lin Youhua, 82, and Ms. Liao Xiufang were stopped by officers from the Guidong Police Station and Guihu Residential Office while out walking on April 26, 2026. Their bags were searched. Ms. Liao managed to escape. Ms. Lin was taken to the Guidong Police Station, questioned, and released.

Ms. Zhang Guilan, Ms. Lin Fangqun, Ms. Mao Chaoxiu, Ms. Lin Xiuying, and Ms. He experienced similar harassment on May 31, June 7, and June 14, 2026.

Ms. Lin Xiuying, in her 70s, was talking to her younger sister when five plainclothes officers surrounded her and tried to search her bag. When she resisted, four young men dragged her into a car, breaking her ring finger in the struggle. She was taken to the police station, interrogated, and released hours later.

9. [Puning City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Wang Wenrong Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Wang Wenrong was arrested in October 2025, for putting up Falun Gong information. She was later sentenced to nine months in prison and is scheduled to be released from the Jieyang City Detention Center in early July 2026.

10. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wang Lihua Detained

Ms. Wang Lihua is being held in the Jilin City Detention Center.
