(Minghui.org) In our area, there is a truth-clarification team comprised of three Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) practitioners: Ms. Lan, who is 80 years old; Ms. Bao, who is 66; and Ms. Cai, 64. These three ladies go out together to clarify the facts to people face-to-face and share the compassion they have cultivated to help Master Li Hongzhi, Falun Dafa’s founder, save people who have been deceived by the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) lies and propaganda.
They cooperate with and support each other, and, every day, more people decide to renounce their memberships in the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
Ms. Lan said, “When it comes to saving lives, there is no choice. Every day when I go out to clarify the truth, I listen to Master’s teachings, maintain a pure heart, and focus solely on reaching as many people as possible. As long as I have the thought of saving people in my heart, Master strengthens my righteous thoughts, so we can help save sentient beings.
“Sometimes we run into people who refuse to listen or don’t understand us, but I still leave my compassion and kindness with them. Hopefully they will not miss the opportunity to be saved next time they meet a practitioner.”
On the bus one day, Ms. Lan encountered an elderly woman. They happened to get off at the same stop and chatted as they walked. Just as they reached the entrance to a supermarket, the other woman suddenly collapsed, couldn’t speak, and lost consciousness.
Ms. Lan grabbed her arm, calling out repeatedly, “What’s wrong? Say something!” The woman remained slumped, motionless and silent.
Just then, Ms. Lan saw a man walking toward them and called out to him to help get the woman off the street and into the supermarket.
But the man replied, “I’m not getting involved. You’ll have to do it yourself.”
It was a cold day, and it was sleeting. Seeing that the woman was still unresponsive, Ms. Lan thought, “I can’t just leave her like this. As a practitioner, I try to be a good person by following Master’s teachings to be considerate of others.”
Then she said to the woman, “If you can hear me, please follow along to recite, ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’” Then she kept repeating these auspicious phrases into the woman’s ear.
Gradually, the woman started coming to, so Ms. Lan asked her to repeat the phrases after her, word by word. As she was repeating them, the woman looked up at Ms. Lan and smiled.
“Are you alright now?” Ms. Lan asked her.
She slowly got up as she replied, “Yes, I’m fine now. I don’t know what happened.” Ms. Lan asked if repeating the auspicious phrases worked. The woman smiled and said, “It surely did!” She had experienced the miraculous healing effects of Dafa.
Then Ms. Lan told her about the importance of quitting the CCP to guarantee a safe future. The woman understood and agreed to use her real name to quit the Party.
Ms. Bao said, “A practitioner’s mission is to assist Master to save sentient beings. Every day when I study the Fa, a sense of my mission arises spontaneously. In these chaotic times, to be able to step forward to clarify the facts face-to-face and save sentient beings is my greatest joy. We follow Master, focus our hearts on others, treat the Fa with the utmost importance, and help to save more sentient beings.”
One time when Ms. Bao went out, she saw an elderly woman walking slowly with a cane. Her mouth was covered in a yellow substance. Ms. Bao quickly took out some tissues from her handbag and went over to wipe the woman’s face clean. The woman was deeply moved by Ms. Bao’s kindness and repeatedly thanked her
Then Ms. Bao began to clarify the facts, telling her that Dafa is spreading across the world to save people, that the CCP persecutes practitioners, and that COVID-19 was sent by Heaven to eliminate the Party. She also told her to sincerely recite the auspicious phrases, which can keep a person healthy and safe amidst great danger.
Just then, the woman’s daughter came out of a supermarket. Seeing Ms. Bao being so kind to her mother, she was very touched and kept thanking her.
The other practitioners told the daughter about Dafa and the persecution. She quit the Youth League and the Young Pioneers. Her mother also quit the CCP.
Whenever this woman and her daughter saw Ms. Bao after that, they greeted her. Their joy at being saved was clearly visible!
Another time, Ms. Bao and another practitioner came across a man who seemed to have suffered a stroke as he walked and spoke very slowly. Ms. Bao greeted him with concern and encouraged to do more rehabilitation exercises. She suggested he cross his arms and raise them as high above his head as possible. The man was touched by Ms. Bao’s kindness and said, “How come I’ve never met you before?”
Ms. Bao replied, “Our meeting is likely due to a predestined relationship.” She talked about Dafa and why one should quit the CCP. She also told him to sincerely recite the auspicious phrases, so he would recover sooner with Master Li’s blessings.
He understood, quit the Party and its affiliates, and kept thanking her
As always, Ms. Bao said, “It’s Dafa’s Master Li who is compassionate to sentient beings and is giving everyone a chance to be saved. If you want to thank someone, please thank him!”
Ms. Cai was outside with her young granddaughter when she greeted a woman passing by. After chatting briefly, Ms. Cai asked, “Have you heard about quitting the CCP to ensure one’s safety?”
The woman said she hadn’t, so Ms. Cai told her, “Falun Dafa is Buddha Law cultivation. Master Li asks us to be good by abiding by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. He taught us to be considerate of others and to ‘...not strike back when hit or talk back when cursed at.’ (Lecture Given at the Conference in Sydney)
“We shouldn’t do anything that would harm others. As a practitioner, one has to put others first and be altruistic. This is a wonderful practice! However, the CCP is scared and doesn’t allow people to practice Falun Gong. The Party has fabricated lies to discredit Dafa, persecuted practitioners, and undermined the Buddha Law. That is why so many natural and man-made disasters have occurred. Look at how many people died from COVID in recent years! To escape these calamities, sincerely recite the auspicious phrases ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’
“For non-practitioners, good health and peace are blessings. You must quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. Heaven is determined to eliminate this evil organization, and we must not go down with it.”
The woman said she had only joined the Young Pioneers and agreed to quit. She also kept thanking Ms. Cai, who asked her to thank Master Li, as it is he who saves people.
Just then, an older woman who had been listening nearby came over and asked what quitting the CCP was about.
Ms. Cai said, “When we joined the CCP, Youth League, or the Young Pioneers, we swore a blood oath to sacrifice our lives to the Party. So aren’t you part of it? When Heaven eliminates the CCP, you will be implicated and perish along with it. That means you must agree to renounce your memberships from the bottom of your heart in order to be saved.”
The older woman responded, “Now I understand!”
Another time, Ms. Cai was near the supermarket and saw a large crowd had gathered. She overheard a vendor say, “Call your family. You’d better leave now.”
Ms. Cai rushed over and saw a woman holding her head in her hands and crying. People nearby said she had a terrible headache. Ms. Cai knew a practitioner’s responsibility is to save people, so she said to the woman, “Don’t be afraid. Follow me and recite ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ This is the Buddha Law, and it can heal illnesses and keep you healthy and safe.”
The woman sincerely recited the phrases with Ms. Cai. After about 10 minutes, she said, “My headache is gone! I’m fine now!”
Ms. Cai helped her up and walked her home. As they walked, Ms. Cai said, “Falun Dafa has spread to over 100 countries and regions around the world. Don’t be taken in by the Party’s propaganda on television. Master Li asks practitioners to cultivate their moral character by following Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to be good.” She also mentioned quitting the CCP to ensure one’s safety.
The woman said, “Okay, I will quit. Thank you!”
These three practitioners said they work together to clarify the truth to people face-to-face according to Master’s benevolent arrangements to save sentient beings. The process of clarifying the facts is also a process of letting go of attachments and improving their xinxing.
In the limited time remaining, they will be sure to study the Fa well, study the Fa more, and send forth righteous thoughts effectively. “Whatever the situation, we’ll cultivate ourselves well, safeguard Dafa, assist Master in saving more sentient beings, and follow Master to return home!”
