1. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yao Min Sentenced

Ms. Yao Min, around 64, was arrested on April 3, 2025, by Chengbei Police Station officers. She was later released on bail. She was indicted in early June 2026 and sentenced to three months in prison in early August 2026 by the Linshu County Court. She is currently held at the Linyi City Detention Center.

2. [Wu’an City, Hebei Province] Ms. Dai Wenru and Ms. Ye Huidi Detained

Ms. Dai Wenru and Ms. Ye Huidi were recorded by the surveillance cameras at a local market when talking to people about Falun Gong. They were arrested by Huoshui Township Police Station officers on September 4, 2026, and were detained for five days.

3. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yu Changrong Harassed

Ms. Yu Changrong was harassed at home on September 4, 2026. The police confiscated her laptop, printer, and several Falun Gong books.

4. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] One Practitioner Detained

Cairu, last name and gender unknown, was recorded by the surveillance cameras when distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. He or she was arrested on September 1, 2026, and is currently held at the Dingzhou City Detention Center.

5. [Shenzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Kang Cong Harassed

Ms. Kang Cong was harassed at home on September 1, 2026. Her home was ransacked. She is currently under police surveillance.

6. [Liquan County, Shaanxi Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Gou, a teacher, Mu, and He Wei were harassed by local police in early September 2026. They were photographed and videotaped.

7. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Facing Indictment or Trial

A pre-trial meeting against Ms. Chen Hong was scheduled for September 14, 2026, by the Hunnan District Court.

The case against Ms. Wang Junhui and Ms. Li Ying was submitted to the Xinmin City Procuratorate.

8. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Xiao Zhanfang Harassed

Ms. Xiao Zhanfang was harassed at home by several officers led by the village official Ji Yanning on September 3, 2026. They ransacked her home and confiscated a photo of the founder of Falun Gong.

9. [Junan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Peng Yanlai Detained

Mr. Peng Yanlai, 55, was harassed at home by officers from the Junan County Domestic Security Division on February 23, 2026. He was detained for 10 days.

10. [Beijing] Ms. Wu Guoqin Detained

Ms. Wu Guoqin was arrested at home on August 21, 2026, by officers from the Huairou District Police Department. Her home was ransacked. She was detained at the Shunyi District Lockup for 15 days and released on September 5, 2026.

11. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Yang Shengqing to Be Released from Prison

Mr. Yang Shengqing was scheduled to be released from prison on September 22, 2026.
