(Minghui.org) I shared information about Falun Dafa and the persecution with an elderly seamstress over 10 years ago, and I helped her withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations. She had faith in Dafa and kept the informational materials and an amulet with Dafa messages. She was blessed as a result and recovered from several serious illnesses.
The last time she was hospitalized, the doctor said she wasn’t going to make it. Her husband told their relatives to prepare for her funeral, but somehow she managed to pull through. She hasn’t been sick since then, and her mouth ulcers have healed. She can eat just about anything and can consume two large bowls of food in one meal.
I recently ran into her, and she told me, “Falun Dafa saved me, and I’ve survived another 10 to 20 years. The information you gave me is factual, and things have come true. There are so many natural and man-made disasters, and constant viral infections now. Heaven is weeding out the wicked people. The six words, ‘The Chinese Communist Party Will Perish,’ engraved on the mystical stone found in Guizhou Province are a divine revelation. The CCP hasn’t done a single good deed and is so corrupt. They’ve enriched themselves at the expense of the common people. Heaven is furious, and the people are resentful. The CCP deserves to be destroyed!”
The owner of a hardware store had many illnesses. Her legs had atrophied and were deformed. She had a hard time walking, and the pain was excruciating. She had to take care of the business and couldn’t afford to hire help. I told her about Dafa more than a decade ago, suggesting that she sincerely say, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” and helped her withdraw from the CCP.
More than a decade has passed, and I’ve noticed that the owner’s illnesses have disappeared and she can walk normally again. She told me, “When I occasionally feel a little pain, I just say ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,’ and the pain would go away after a while.”
She thanked me, and I replied, “Please thank Master Li instead. He’s the one who saved you. I suggest that you say ‘Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ whenever you have time. Don’t wait until you’re in pain to do it.”
She responded, “I’ll remember that,” and added, “I’ve been helping you spread the word about Falun Dafa.”
I said, “You are helping yourself and your family gain blessings!”
I spoke with an elderly Buddhist woman who shared the abbot’s perspective with me: “Falun Dafa cultivates Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and it teaches people to be good. It is a good practice. The Communist Party opposes it because it fears too many people will practice it.” She said several elderly people in the audience strongly agreed with the abbot’s words.
This shows that no matter how much the CCP spreads rumors, slanders, and smears Falun Dafa, it only exposes its ugly nature and cannot deceive people of moral character who can discern right from wrong.
