1. [Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Cai Guanying Sentenced

Ms. Cai Guanying was sentenced to three years in prison.

2. [Tianjin] Ms. Li Yuxiang Imprisoned

Ms. Li Yuxiang, 76, was admitted to the Xiqing District Prison between late August and early September 2026.

3. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Cui Xuelei Faces Indictment

Ms. Cui Xuelei talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong on August 29, 2026, and was reported to the Xicheng Police Station. The police came soon after and arrested her. Her case has been submitted to the Youhao District Procuratorate.

4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Lan Arrested

Ms. Wang Lan was arrested at home in early September 2026 by Hezuolu Police Station officers. Her whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Zhuolu County, Hebei Province] Ms. Shen Ximei Detained

Ms. Shen Ximei was arrested on September 9, 2026, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was detained for seven days at the Zhangjiakou Detention Center.

6. [Shaodong City, Hunan Province] Mr. Zeng Zhiyuan and His Wife Arrested

Mr. Zeng Zhiyuan and his wife were arrested on June 2, 2026, by officers of the Shaodong City Domestic Security Division. They ransacked the couple’s home and confiscated their Falun Gong books, computers, and other items. Mr. Zeng and his wife were held at the Shaodong City Detention Center for 15 and 13 days, respectively. The police videotaped them and broadcast the footage on local TV to slander Falun Gong.

7. [Huanghua City, Hebei Province] Mr. Song Xingwei Arrested

Mr. Song Xingwei was arrested at home on September 9, 2026. His incapacitated parents in their 80s, who shared the residence with him, were left home alone without a caregiver. The police ransacked their home again on September 12 and forced his parents to sign paperwork against him.

8. [Binzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wei Jiangmei Harassed

Ms. Wei Jiangmei was harassed at home on September 10, 2026, by officers from the Shidong Police Station. They took photos of her without her consent and threatened to come back every month.

9. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Mr. Lyu Jie and Ms. Zhang Xueyan Detained

Mr. Lyu Jie and his wife, Ms. Zhang Xueyan, were arrested on September 10, 2026, by officers from the Gaocheng District Domestic Security Division and the Xinhua Police Station. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated their computers, printers, and other items. Mr. Lyu is being held at the Gaocheng District Detention Center. Ms. Zhang is detained at the Shijiazhuang City Second Detention Center.

10. [Chang County, Hebei Province] Mr. Xiao Shurong Arrested

Mr. Xiao Shurong was arrested on September 9, 2026, by officers from the Dulin Town Police Station. His home was ransacked. He was released around midnight.

11. [Jingxing County, Hebei Province] Chen Detained

Chen, first name and gender unknown, was arrested around September 10, 2026, and put into the Shijiazhuang Detention Center. Chen’s home was ransacked.

12. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] An Elderly Couple Arrested

Mr. Zhang, first name unknown, and his wife, Ms. Jing, first name unknown, 88, were arrested on September 12, 2026.

13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Ma Jianming Detained

Mr. Ma Jianming, 60, was arrested in Jiaozhou City on August 18, 2026. He is being held at the Ducun Detention Center.

14. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Detained

Ms. Wang, first name unknown, talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in the Nanguanling Market on September 9, 2026. Community personnel videotaped her and reported her to police. She was arrested later that day. Her home was ransacked. She was given 15 days at the Jinjiajie Second Detention Center.

15. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Jianxin Detained

Mr. Li Jianxin was arrested on August 28, 2026, by officers from the Dongcheng Police Station. She was detained for 15 days at the Sanhe City Detention Center and released on September 12.

16. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Hongshu and Mr. Yu Zhengang Arrested

Mr. Zhang Hongshu was arrested on September 9, 2026, by officers of the Shiting Police Station and local government. His home was ransacked. He was taken to the police station for interrogation and released in the afternoon.

Mr. Yu Zhengang was arrested on September 13, 2026. His home was ransacked. His whereabouts are unknown.

17. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Liu Bin, Mr. Guo Tao, and Mr. Sun Liqing were arrested on March 13, 2026, by Gaoxin District Police Station officers. Mr. Sun was detained for 37 days and then released on bail.

18. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Dejie Arrested

Mr. Jiang Dejie was arrested by Yong’antai Police Station officers on September 11, 2026, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. His home was ransacked. He was released the same day.

19. [Suizhou City, Hubei Province] Mr. Peng Yunming Arrested; Ms. Luo Fengming Harassed

Mr. Peng Yunming, 69, a retiree from the Suizhou City Education Bureau, talked to two students about the persecution of Falun Gong on August 13, 2026. They reported him, and he was arrested on September 14. His home was ransacked. His Falun Gong books, computers, and other items were confiscated. He was detained for a week. Days later, he was summoned to the police department and extorted 500 yuan.

Ms. Luo Fengming, 78, was harassed in late August 2026. The police ransacked her home and seized her Falun Gong books, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, media players, and other items.
