The local authorities in Guang-rao County of Shandong Province paraded some Falun Gong practitioners through the street to humiliate them in public. Practitioners were forced to stand on five big trucks. Posters with slanders against Falun Gong were posted on the trucks. Practitioners were kept like criminals by the police. Each of them also had a board with the name hung on the neck. The scene reminded many Chinese people of the barbaric culture revolution when there was no respect at all for the dignities of citizens.
