The detention camp of Jingtai County Public Security Bureau, Gansu Province openly defied the national law to brutalize Falun Dafa practitioners, which has made a very bad impact in society.
This January, Mr. Yu, a Dafa practitioner who had been to Beijing to appeal for Dafa, was groundlessly detained for over one month. In the detention center, the public securities there colluded with the convicts and covertly directed them to inhumanly torture Mr. Yu. Mr. Yu was severely beaten for three hours. His vertebrae were broken and his chest was bruised. Those convicts also forcefully rubbed his back with a wet towel in a seesaw fashion until the flesh was exposed. Then, they used cigarettes to burn him while asking him, "Do you still want to practice? Do you smoke? Do you drink alcohol?" Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang, who had been to Beijing to appeal, suffered the same brutal torture.
Another Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang was put into a cell with some drug addicts. Those drug addicts wickedly struck him for over four hours leaving his body completely black and blue. Ask anybody with a conscience: If it was a good law enforcement organization, would these kinds of things be allowed to happen? Didnt the guards on patrol hear the brutal torture? Didnt the officers at the center see that the innocent practitioners were deformed by the beatings? Which crime did Dafa practitioners commit according to the law? Where is the dignity of the law? And where is the right to freedom of person?
We call on all kindhearted people to safeguard justice and decry evil. We also hope that international human rights organizations and the media can conduct on-the-spot investigations and interviews and give us your moral support to stop the evil conduct in the human society.
