(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Deng Weinan (original name Deng Weiguo), male, 26-years-old, was born in Dongping Village, Changsheng Town, Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province.
Deng was arrested illegally by the Harbin City Public Security Bureau on July 31, 2001. On August 3 his family received notice of his death. The police told his father that Deng was handcuffed to a heating pipe for a night, and at 8:15 the next morning he jumped off a 12-story building and died.
