Chen Sulan, a 53-year-old female resident of Fushun City, Liaoning Province was arrested on December 1, 2001 while she was validating Dafa in Beijing. Two days later, she was brought back from Gaowan Economy Zone Station in Fushun City and sent to the Shizilou Detention Center, where the police beat her to death in less than a week.
