[Beijing City] Up to Ten Security Guards Beat a Female Dafa Disciple Who Is Over Sixty Years Old in Public

Two of my elder sisters went to Beijing to rectify the Fa (the principles, the law of the universe). Although they are both over sixty years old and live a hard and homeless life in Beijing, they are healthy and quick in action. They are not inferior to young people at all in doing Fa-rectification work.

One day in October, they were putting up materials clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa on the streets near Yuquan Road. A security guard over forty years old (hired from another area outside Beijing) captured my second eldest sister. Saying nothing, he slapped her violently across the face. Right away, my sister's nose and mouth began to bleed. My eldest sister went up to him to stop the violence. She pointed out to him that he was violating the law. My second eldest sister took the chance to get away from the guard. But soon she was caught again. More than ten security guards set upon her and beat her from all sides in a violent frenzy. She lost consciousness and fell down, with blood all over and her face swollen and battered, however, those vicious thugs still didn't stop beating and kicking her. My eldest sister tried to stop them again. My second eldest sister struggled to get rid of them and eventually came back safely with my eldest sister.

Where was the presence of law in China under the rule of the Jiang Zemin regime's state-run terrorism? Where was the human decency of those who are hired to enforce the law?

Four-Year-Old Girl Shouts by Herself, "Falun Dafa is good!"

My niece Yueyue is four years old. She has been very interested in our studying the Fa and doing the exercises. She often imitates us while we are doing exercises. After July 20, 1999, Jiang Zemin began a nationwide campaign of persecution against Falun Dafa. Little as she is, she is fearless. One day, in front of her teacher and little friends, she raised both her hands and shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" in the kindergarten. Nobody has ever taught her this sentence. Later, the teacher in the kindergarten said to her parents with a smile, "We can do nothing about your child. She shouts 'Falun Dafa is good!' whenever she feels like it." Once some officers from the township government came to our home in an attempt to force me to give up cultivation practice. Yueyue stood in front of our house, facing the street, raised her hands and shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" My family members were greatly frightened while she still looked unconcerned.

Nobody has ever taught her to say this. Why does this sentence exist in her mind? Why did she naturally look like the Dafa disciples Fa-rectifying at Tiananmen Square when she was shouting? The answers might manifest themselves to people around the world in the future.

[Heilongjiang Province] Complaints Made by a Clerk from the Heilongjiang Police Department's Liaison Office in Beijing

This summer, a clerk from the Heilongjiang Police Department's Liaison Office in Beijing complained to a Dafa disciple, "China is finished. Important cases are ignored, while people are exhausted and capital is wasted to capture good people who practice Falun Gong. Take your coming to Beijing to appeal for example. If the Tiananmen Branch of the Police Department reported it to the Ministry of Public Security, who in turn circulated it across the country, the governor and leaders of the public security system at all levels in our province, the police station where your registered permanent residence belongs to, and the leaders in your working unit would all be punished or criticized. If clerks from the Beijing Liaison Offices of the Police Department in each province directly pick up the practitioner and send him back, then they have to pay several thousand yuan to the Tiananmen Branch so that they won't report it to the Ministry of Public Security and get everybody involved. Heilongjiang Province alone will have to spend about 150,000 yuan (6,000 yuan is the yearly salary for an average Chinese worker) a month to stop and hold on to practitioners coming to Tiananmen. Every province across the country has arranged for some people to stay in its Liaison Office in Beijing to wait for and hold on to practitioners. The expense is uncountable. There are several hundred plainclothes policemen at Tiananmen every day."

[Jilin City, Jilin Province] Huang, Vice Director of the Longtan Branch of the Jilin City Police Department Behaves Like a Monster

I was arrested in November of 2000 while clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa to people. The policemen from Tuchengzi Police Station in Longtan District of Jilin City illegally captured me. They first forcibly searched my body and stole over 210 yuan cash I had on my person that I had brought with me. They haven't returned it to me yet even though I asked for it many times. They intended to get information from me and capture more Dafa disciples so that their authorities would reward them. They tried to force me to tell them the source of the materials and the names of other fellow practitioners. When they couldn't reach their goal, Zhou Guogui, director of the police station, together with Huang (he referred to himself this way), vice director of the Longtan Branch, another Huang, head of the criminal police team, Wang, director of the Political Security Section, and the head of the Tracking and Arresting Team, viciously threatened to beat me up. Director Huang of the Longtan Branch said to me while under the influence of alcohol, "Do you know who we are? Mind you! You could find no grounds for suing us even if we beat you to death!" He led the group of people to beat me with their fists and kick me. I was badly beaten and rolled on the ground. Whoever I rolled near, he would beat me till I rolled to another person. They beat me twice like this. When they still couldn't obtain any information. Director Huang, utterly defeated, instructed the policemen to handcuff both my hands around a big hanging sandbag used for practicing martial arts. Director Huang urged the thugs, "Come on! Beat him!" He asked the thugs to hit directly at my chest, at the location of my heart, while I was handcuffed to the sandbag. If they hit me slightly, I wouldn't swing. He shouted several times, "Come on! Knock him!" until I was hit to the point of swinging in the air. My heart seemed like it was breaking into pieces. I was totally out of breath, with sweat all over my body. I felt faint and full of pain. I firmly refused to reveal anything and said to Teacher (Li Hongzhi, founder of Falun Dafa) in my heart, "Trust me, Teacher. I can stand it. I won't say anything." The vicious men could do nothing with me, so they sent me to a detention center and then sentenced me to three years of forced labor reeducation.

[Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Recent News About Dafa Disciple Li Liyi

Dafa disciple Li Liyi, a retired English teacher from No.50 High School in Chengdu City, is still being illegally detained in the brainwashing class in Wuhou District. The evil forces in Wuhou District have illegally detained over 100 firm Dafa disciples in the former court in Jitou Town. They imposed forced brainwashing on these Dafa disciples and also forced them to do work.

They requested to see him and bring him some clothes but were refused. They were even told many times that he wasn't there. [Beijing] Xicheng District Detention Center in Beijing Persecutes Dafa Practitioners

More than 20 Dafa practitioners from various parts of the country were illegally detained in Xicheng District Detention Center in Beijing. These practitioners went on hunger strike on November 20^th to protest the persecution, as well as to help attain the release of all the illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners.

The cruel policemen in Xicheng District Detention Center, Beijing separated the 20 Dafa practitioners who were on hunger strike and force-fed them by inserting tubes through their noses as well as other unreasonable torture. The Falun Gong practitioners refused to cooperate with the vicious policemen's orders, so they grabbed the practitioners by their hair and dragged them outside the cells. They tried to force feed one practitioner for more than 30 minutes, but could not force anything down. After a while, the deputy director of the Xicheng District Detention Center in Beijing, last name Xie, took it upon himself to force the insertion of the tube into the Dafa practitioner's nostril. After the force-feedings, the practitioners were subjected to horrible intravenous drips. If the practitioners still did not cooperate, deputy director Xie would shock the practitioners' hands using electric batons. He would say "Your cultivation talks about purifying the body, so I will break your cultivation energy."

At the beginning of December 2001 the police from Kangle Police Station in Kaifeng City illegally took away two Falun Gong practitioners who were clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa. This incident involved eight Dafa practitioners who ran into trouble. One of the Dafa practitioners walked out of his cage by sending forth righteous thoughts, so he is the one who reported this news. The police are expected to illegally issue the "arrest order" to three of those Dafa practitioners.

[Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Sending Forth Righteous Thoughts to Eradicate the Evil Brainwashing Class

Since the "6.10" evil brainwashing class in Qingzhou City of Shandong Province was set up, it has closely followed the political scoundrel, Jiang Zemin's, orders to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. This office tried to forcefully brainwash Falun Gong practitioners who believe in "truthfulness, benevolence and forbearance". The brainwashing staff installed an anti-theft gate, iron window edges, as well as an anti-theft net. Six members of the "6.10" office and six people who departed from Dafa and now persecute practitioners, took turns watching the door 24 hours a day. The anti-theft gate normally used two big iron locks to prevent Dafa practitioners from escaping. The practitioners were isolated individually and not allowed to walk around. The "6.10" office forced work units, street offices, villages and towns to send two people to watch one Falun Gong practitioner and also forced the work units, villages, towns, street offices and practitioners' families to pay money to the "6.10" personnel as well as to former practitioners who have turned against Falun Dafa to spend however they wished. If a Dafa practitioner persistently resisted the brainwashing, they would not allow that practitioner's relatives to visit him/her. The "6.10" office would send those Dafa practitioners who have successfully resisted the persecution for a long time to forced labor camps or they would illegally put them in isolated detention for long time.

The means they used were excessive and evil. Except for when they slept, the Falun Gong practitioners had to watch movies and materials that slandered Dafa. Also, the people who turned to embrace the evil, Guo Wenjie, Wu Bin, Li Xiaoying, Liu Jinhong, Liu Weihua, Liu Chongqing and others tried to impart their evil conclusions of betrayal to the practitioners.

This horrible "6.10" office often broke into practitioners' homes by prying open doors, climbing over walls and other means used by robbers and thieves. They ransacked practitioners' homes no matter if there were people home or not. If they could not find what they needed they would just leave, but if they found Dafa materials or materials used to promote Dafa, they would take away practitioners by force. Once, in a practitioner's home, in front of the practitioner's family members, these criminals divided the practitioner's pens (relatively expensive), one for each person. They also stole money off of a table, and took this practitioner away by force. Later, this practitioner was released only after this person's relatives paid 10,000 Yuan RMB (about 20 months of average wages in China). Most of the relatives of the arrested Dafa practitioners had huge amounts of money extorted from them. If they did not pay the money, the "6.10" personnel would not release the practitioners. One time the horrible "6.10" office even went so far as to rob food, daily necessities, etc. from a practitioner's home.

[Changchun City, Jilin Province] Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp Still Illegally Detains Dafa Practitioners for an Infinite Amount of Time

Recently, the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor camp in Changchun City resumed the point-deducting policy for Falun Gong practitioners. This means that those who refuse to give up Falun Gong cultivation would have 20-30 points deducted every month (losing one point means the term of the imprisonment will be extended one day). This ensures that the practitioners would not be released even if the prison term expired.

Falun Gong practitioners Yu Chunbo and Ma Xiaobo of the sixth brigade have already exceeded their prison terms but are still being detained illegally. We call upon the people of the world to look into this matter.

[Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] The So-called "Civilized" Service of Jinzhou Railway Station

One Dafa practitioner went to the Jinzhou Railway Station in Liaoning Province to buy a ticket to Beijing on December 19, 2001. The ticket seller asked him to show his identification card and say things to slander Falun Dafa. The practitioner refused and asked the clerk, "Why should I say that?" The ticket seller said, "If there are Falun Gong practitioners on a train to Beijing, the railway stations involved will be severely punished."

[Beijing] Exposing the Evil Crimes of the "6.10" Office of Fengtai District in Beijing

The "6.10" office of Fengtai District in Beijing closely followed Jiang and Luo's political gang and obsessedly persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. It not only persecuted local practitioners, and used the forced brainwashing and other evil means in an attempt to change the resolute belief of Dafa practitioners, but also brutally tortured the practitioners from other parts of China who refused to tell their names and addresses.

They used some local residents as "spies" to monitor, track, and report Dafa practitioners who were at home or distributed Dafa truth-clarifying materials, and asked the local police stations to threaten and intimidate the factories, shopping centers, as well as the schools and bus stations which are located in the area under their jurisdiction. They also forced them to hang up slanderous banners and other propaganda.

Banners slandering Dafa showed up in some places in Fengtai District during the National Day Holiday. After they were exposed by Minghui Net, the Dafa practitioners in the surrounding area sent forth righteous thoughts together and used many other forms of righteous thoughts and actions such as phone calls and mailing truth-clarifying materials to make sure the banners which slandered Dafa quickly got removed. This eradicated the evil effectively.

[Liaoyuan City, Liaoning Province] Vicious Police Guards that Beat Practitioners Receive Retribution

This was what I experienced during my illegal detention at Liaoyuan City Forced Labor Institute.

In 1999, we were sentenced to Liaoyuan Forced Labor Institute because we practiced Falun Gong. The police guards forced us to do heavy labor work such as digging ditches, blending concrete and carrying rocks to make money for the labor institute. We had to work fast, because when you slowed down a little, the guards would come to beat you up or curse you. At noontime, we would have half an hour to rest and eat. At night, 13 people slept on a big wooden board. It was so crowded that everyone had to sleep on his side.

The police guards often tortured the practitioners for fun. They would handcuff the practitioners. In this way, the practitioners couldn't sleep at night but were still forced to do heavy labor during the day. One day in August 2000, a vicious guard cuffed me to a pipe all night long. Sometimes, they would cuff the practitioners to the window and let the mosquitoes sting them. Once a wicked policeman punished practitioner Liu Jingrong by forcing him to lie in the lavatory for a night beside human waste. Criminal inmates were instructed by the guard to beat up practitioner Qu Hongkui. After that, he couldn't move for a long time.

In order to force the practitioners to "break away from Dafa", the guards applied many physical punishments to the practitioners such as "standing facing the wall for a long time" and "riding an airplane". If anyone moved from the "standing" or "riding" positions, the inmates would beat the practitioners with a wooden plank. Sometimes, they struck so hard that the wooden plank would break. Then they would use (thick) optical fiber cable to whip them. They would always curse the practitioners with dirty words while whipping them. Once in October 2000, the wicked director of the Education Section, Wang Zhixue, was drunk. He came back to beat practitioner Zhang Weixi for two hours. After Zhang was carried back to the cell, he had so many wounds and bruises that he was almost unrecognizable. Two days later, Zhang's whole body was swollen and he lost his eyesight. The other guards sent him to the hospital and found that two of his ribs were broken. Even so, the guards didn't allow any medical treatment. Another practitioner Liu Duansheng was stripped down and handcuffed behind his back to a heating pipe. The police guards used electric batons to shock him all over his body. The scene was so terrible that the criminal inmates started to cry and begged the guards to stop. But Director Wang Zhixue didn't stop, on the contrary, he laughed loudly as if he was mad.

Heaven has its laws and good and bad deeds have consequences. Eventually, Zong Changyu, the director of the forced labor institute, education section director Wang Zhixue, director of administration section, Gao Guangyou, vicious policeman Shi Bin and others were brought to justice for corruption. They were dismissed from their positions and some of them were sentenced to jail in Dongfeng and Shiling prisons.

[Jilin City, Jilin Province] Forced Labor Institute Brutally Persecutes Practitioners

One practitioner was brutally tortured in the Jilin Forced Labor Institute. Once, four vicious policemen used electric batons to shock her continuously for two hours in order to force her to break away from Dafa. She didn't give in. She refused to wear the numbered prison uniform. The policemen locked her to the "Dead Person's Bed". [http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2001/11/24/16156.html] She went on a hunger strike to protest this treatment. The forced labor institute force-fed her for 12 days. Once the tube was inserted into her trachea and suffocated her. Since she was dying, the institute was scared and sent her to the hospital. Since her lung was severely injured from the force-feeding, the forced labor institute claimed she had "tuberculosis" and let her out for medical treatment.

Another Changchun City practitioner didn't comply with the evil regulations of the institute so her term was extended to 30 days. She kept on practicing the exercises. So the police guards and inmates beat her up and shocked her with an electric baton many times. Once a vicious policeman tied her hands and used an electric baton to shock her for over an hour. She was full of wounds and her face was swollen and disfigured. She was forced to stand for a long time. Once, she was forced to stand continuously for six days and nights. The guards also tied her up many times. Because of this cruel torture, she sometimes could not eat. The guards then force-fed her. Afterwards, her two hands twitched and she coughed up blood. The forced labor institute then moved her to a police hospital. At this time, she only weighed 70 kg. But the doctors were unconcerned and unprofessional. They concluded that she had "tuberculosis" in the "open stage" without conducting any examination. The doctors gave her injections for TB, which caused severe side effects on her. The practitioner resisted, so the hospital put handcuffs and shackles on her and then forced the injection. Later, after the test results became available, the doctors knew that she did not have TB. They still gave her TB injections in order to cause side effects. The practitioner questioned the doctor. The doctor was afraid and hid the medicine. Once she went to the toilet, another criminal in the hospital kicked her left eye and said it was punishment for unplugging the IV herself. Her eyes turned red and swollen immediately and her nose was bleeding. She reported to the administrator of the hospital. But the vicious hospital policemen told her, "You have no rights here. You are not allowed to tell your relatives and no leader will listen to you."

Thus, the practitioner was tortured and almost died. Then they allowed her to leave for medical treatment.

[Changchun City, Jilin Province] Kidnapping Cases of Changchun City

Victim Zhang Yuke, 52 years old, male, is a Falun Dafa practitioner. He went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa and was arrested and escorted back by the police.

About 2pm on November 12 2001, he was kidnapped by thugs from the Political Security Section of Bureau No. 1 of Water and Power. The place of the incident was Luyuan Residential District of Changchun City. Later, all the people related to this case refused to admit to anything.

After 17 days, Luyuan District Police Station notified his family that he was sentenced to one year of forced labor. The police refused to tell the family where he was. So the family lost contact with him.

[Xingcheng City, Liaoning Province] Taxi Driver Liu Liguo was Heartless

A few practitioners of Xingcheng City planned to clarify the truth to the people. Taxi driver Liu Liguo reported them to the police. Practitioner Han Xiaoquan, Zhou Huimin, and Wang Zhongyan were illegally arrested and detained in the Xingcheng city detention center.

Reprehensible actions:

1. She ordered subordinates not to return the "guarantee money" to the practitioners who had been to Beijing and who refused to write a "Repentance letter" without her consent. The total amount she withheld is not known.
2. July 21 (about 8 AM, Sunday) 2001, she asked one practitioner for the keys to his office. She didn't explain the reason. On Monday, when the practitioner went to the office, he found that his office was searched and many folders and possessions removed.
3. She threatened practitioners. If they didn't give up practicing, they would be dismissed from their jobs. She also phoned many practitioners' families to tell them, "if you don't break away Falun Dafa, so and so will be dismissed."
4. She went to one practitioner's home on December 25 2000 and threatened him. If he didn't renounce his belief, she would obtain drugs used on mental patients from the police department and forcibly make him ingest them. She also threatened to send him to a mental hospital. 5. There were 23 practitioners from Taiping Town who went to Beijing to validate Dafa. All of them were illegally detained or sent to forced labor camps after they returned. She can't shirk her responsibility in the persecution.
