[Clearwisdom.Net] Zhang Wenya, a Falun Gong practitioner from Changchun City, Jilin Province, was tortured to death by the police in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, on April 22, 2001. A relative took his cremated remains back to Changchun City two months later, on June 24. The Xi'an Police Department told his family that Zhang had "killed himself" and showed the family the videotape of his "suicide." The family was not willing to discuss the details.

Through years of cultivation, I have realized that a practitioner' biggest attachment is fear. Teacher said in "Eliminate Your Last Attachment(s)," "If a cultivator can let go of the thought of life and death under any circumstances, evil is bound to be afraid of him. If every practitioner is able to do this, evil will of itself no longer exist."
[Clearwisdom.net] At the end of last year, I was arrested when sharing cultivation experiences at a practitioner' home in Beijing. At the police station, we were ordered to stand facing a wall. I didn' follow the order. I told them, "we are not criminals; you cannot treat us like this."
