FALUN GONG practitioner Mingjing Xue does a portion of her exercises with others outside the Lloyd D. George Federal Building after a news conference. The gathering was to inform the public about the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the government in China. Xue has been arrested, jailed and tortured by Chinese officials on two occasions, a total of 104 days, for practicing Falun Gong.
