On the morning of February 22, three practitioners who had participated in the peaceful appeal in Beijing, Ms. Chunquan Lee, Mr. Hui Lu and Mr. Steve Ispas, held a press conference at the World Affairs Council in San Francisco. At the press conference they talked about the abuse they suffered at the hands of the Beijing police and said, "China's persecution of Falun Gong is state terrorism."
