Dafa practitioner Lu Zhiyong, 40 years old, is a policeman from Heishui County Forest District Public Security Bureau in Sichuan Province. For his good work he was honored with the award of "most outstanding policeman." In the afternoon of April 16, 2002, security guards from Xinhua Labor Camp in Mianyang City came to Lu Zhiyong's home when his family members were all out of the house and abducted him.
