The conference hall that holds 2300 people was full. Falun Dafa practitioners of different races from different countries and regions around the world were gathered here. The countries and regions included several European countries, Singapore, the United States, Taiwan, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Germany, Sweden.

On the afternoon of May 19, at 2:00 p.m., nearly 1500 Falun Dafa practitioners from 15 countries held a grand celebration parade. The parade group passed through College Street in University of Toronto and extended to the main avenue of Chinatown. The long parade procession and Dafa practitioners' peaceful and compassionate smiles brought upon the city a happy, cheerful festival atmosphere.

On the evening of May 8, 2002, the "Sound of Brilliance and Promise" concert was held at the Convocation Hall in University of Toronto. All the programs were composed, arranged and performed by Dafa practitioners. Many famous Chinese artists gave performances in the hope that more people could learn about Falun Dafa through their songs and musical performance.
