2003, Dafa practitioner Yu Yongquan died due to persecution in
Hongweixing Jail in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. He is the
15th Dafa practitioner we have known who was tortured to
death in Daqing City, following the torture death of Dafa
practitioner He Huajiang from No.6 Factory at Daqing Forced Labor
Camp.

Dafa practitioner Zhao Kaisheng, male, 61, was a resident in Jinjiang Street, Dadong Administration District, Donggang City, Liaoning Province. He was unlawfully detained on September 10, 1999 by police. Later, his family bailed him out with a 2,000-Yuan "deposit." In June 2000, he was once again detained for 15 days without any formal charges.
