(Clearwisdom.net) Attorneys Terri Marsh and Anthony D'Amato, the two lawyers representing Falun Gong practitioners, filed a legal argument on the case against Jiang Zemin to the Seventh Circuit Appellate Court. The court will arrange an oral argument and the judge will make a decision later on.

"The United States will introduce a resolution on China's human rights practices at the 2004 UN Commission on Human Rights meeting in Geneva. The meeting is going on from March 15th to April 23rd.
