Summary
Liu Qian was a twelve year old girl, a third year pupil at Gegezhuang Village Primary School in Xiong County, Hebei Province. On November 15, 2003, she was diagnosed with leukemia and not expected to live. Her parents read a Falun Gong flyer and encouraged her to practice the exercises. After only seven days, Liu Qian had completely recovered.

After being savagely tortured, force-fed, tied up and injected with poisonous drugs, Meng Xiao died between January 8 and January 12, 2004 in Jintang County, Chengdu City.
