Ms. Sun Guilan used to be an employee at the Petroleum Machinery Factory in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. On the afternoon of October 8, 2001, Ms. Sun was tortured to death after a brutal force-feeding at the detention center of Jintai Police Department in Baoji City. She was only 46 years old at the time. (Clearwisdom has previously reported her death.)
