(Clearwisdom.net) My friend Ji Qing is a Falun Dafa practitioner. He was abducted several times by agents of the National Security Bureau and "610 Office" (1). They forced him to write a "repentance statement" (2) the last time he was abducted and held in a brainwashing center. After coming back home, he felt lost and depressed, and he gave up the practice of Falun Dafa for a long time.
This winter he caught a cold and could not stop coughing. At night he could not stop coughing and vomiting for two hours. He spent nearly one thousand yuan (3) on medical treatments that did not help. He suffered through the winter and spring. During April, his cough got better for a while, but then the warmer weather made it worse again. It also brought heavy sweating and vomiting. His family, worried he might have a severe illness, took him to a hospital where he was diagnosed with pneumonia and bronchitis.
By the end of April, Ji Qing resumed practicing the Falun Gong exercises and studying the book Zhuan Falun at home. On the fourth day, he noticed improvements in his health. On the ninth day, his diseases were gone without taking medicines.
That night, Ji Qing dreamed of Teacher visiting his home. Teacher looked very kind, just like his photo. Ji Qing's father, who isn't a practitioner, had the same dream the very same night.

(3) yuan: Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 yuan.
