(Clearwisdom.net) On July 8, 2004, Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful appeal in downtown St. Petersburg to protest the Jiang regime's brutal persecution of Falun Gong and to condemn the exportation of its state-run terrorism to other nations including the most recent shooting incident in South Africa. On June 28, nine Australian practitioners flew to South Africa to raise awareness of the crimes of the visiting Chinese vice-president Zeng Qinghong and minister of commerce Bo Xilai and to file a lawsuit against the two for their role in the persecution of Falun Gong. The Australian practitioners were shot at by a gunman in another vehicle, and one of the practitioners was shot in both feet. Evidence showed that Zeng was behind the shooting incident.
Many passers-by stopped to view the informational posters set up by the practitioners and learned more about the truth of the persecution, and they also asked many questions. After learning the truth, many expressed their outrage and asked, "How can I help you?"
