People in Kaohsiung eagerly sign their names opposing the terrorist act of by Jiang's political group
Practitioners from Kaohsiung expressed that Jiang's political group not only persecutes Falun Gong in China, where the verified number of practitioners having died as a result of the persecution has reached over 1,000, they have also extended the state-sponsored terrorism overseas, even hiring gunmen to attack Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners hoped that the righteous people around the world will stand up to condemn Jiang's political group's atrocities, and opposed terrorism. Further, not only do the evildoings of Jiang's political group directly affect Falun Gong practitioners, but their actions also made people realize that if human rights are not respected in China, then anyone could be suppressed for any reason.
Practitioners collected signatures in train and bus stations, museums, parks and cultural centers to ask for people's support for justice, and to oppose Jiang's group's terrorist acts. Some people wrote, "I oppose Jiang's State-sponsored terrorism." Practitioners distributed Dafa truth clarification materials and explained to the public about the wide spread of Falun Dafa throughout the world, highlighting the fact that it is only Jiang's group that brutally persecutes Falun Gong. A mother of a small kindergarten-aged child said that though her individual strength was small, she wanted to support anti-terrorism. Many people, old and young, all signed their names in support once they read and heard about the incident in South Africa.
