(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Zhao has a vegetable stand that faces my store. She is also a regular customer of mine and on many occasions has asked to store her materials inside my store. This has given me many opportunities to clarify the truth to her and give her literature about Dafa. She has come to understand and believes that Falun Dafa is good and that the principle of doing good deeds results in good returns and doing bad deeds is met with retribution.
One day in autumn of 2003, she told me she had to leave her things in my store for a few days. She then told me about how she had been suffering from rheumatism, arthritis and stomach ailments in recent years. The diseases were getting more serious; she had tried Chinese medicine and acupuncture, but without success. Her husband was going to take her to the hospital for a complete physical examination and she had already borrowed money to do so. I then took this opportunity to tell her the positive benefits that Falun Gong has on one¡¯s health. After she finished listening to me, she kept saying, "I see, I see ¨C I believe it." She then changed her mind and did not go to the hospital. Shortly after, her ailments went away. She now tells people how she has benefited from believing in Falun Gong and the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance." She has also done things to protect Dafa and tell people about the persecution.
One day, a man took down her banner that said "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" from the wall behind her vegetable stand and rolled it up. Ms. Zhao told him sternly, "¡¯Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance¡¯ teaches people to be good and there is nothing wrong with that. Why does that bother you? Don¡¯t you know that the person who takes down the banner will meet with karmic retribution?" The man had no answer and left sheepishly.
