(Clearwisdom.net) To mark the fifth year in the Jiang regime's relentless persecution of Falun Gong, practitioners from Nordrhein-Westfalen and Dortmund organized two exhibitions to explain the facts about Falun Gong and the persecution. In the afternoon of July 20, practitioners came to the City Administrative Square in Nordrhein-Westfalen. They demonstrated the beauty of Dafa and exposed the persecution by the Jiang regime.
When practitioners arrived at the square, it was raining heavily. The city government kindly provided permission for us to set up our stand under the roof of the building. When we finished sending righteous thoughts for the first time, the rain stopped. Passersby no longer hurried past with their umbrellas and took a look at our exercise demonstration and enquired about the persecution. Because another activity was taking place in the square, there were many young people around. Classes of pupils led by their teacher came to attend the activity. Many pupils wanted to find out more and were keen to take our leaflets. When they asked their teacher about our appeal, we could hear their teacher explaining to them about the human rights abuse of Falun Gong in China and what Falun Gong is. This showed that the truth about the persecution is becoming known widely. A councilor of the city government was very kind to us and signed our petition to show his support for Falun Gong and his opposition to the persecution.
Later, practitioners came to Dortmund city center to hold a live anti-torture exhibition. They used posters and live demonstrations to expose the brutality of the persecution endured by Falun Gong practitioners in China. The torture scenes shocked many people and the poster displays were also very effective. Streams of people came to sign our petition to express their support for Falun Gong and to denounce the Jiang regime's human rights abuses.
