Right now, Song Zhining is being detained and persecuted in the Second Detention Center in Shijiazhuang City.
Song Zhining was once forced to stay away from home to avoid the persecution. In June 2004, shortly after returning home, Song Zhining was abducted and detained again.
He Xiaoqiu is a Falun Dafa practitioner in Fuxin City, Liaoning Province. His hands were cuffed and his feet shackled for a long time. This torture caused his legs and feet to swell up and prevented him from moving. He is suffering from severe muscular atrophy in the lower part of the body. He Xiaoqiu cannot take care of himself and needs help to relieve himself.
On April 7, 2004, police guard Shi Fengyou led others to intensively brainwash practitioners in the Zhangshi Labor Camp (also known as the "Zhangshi Building"). Each practitioner was cuffed behind their backs and suffered beating, kicking and shocks from 4-6 electric batons. Dafa practitioner Liu Pengling was kicked in the face, causing severe bruising that did not begin to recede for more than one month. Many practitioners suffered injuries to the armpit, chest, thigh, mouth, back, etc., from the electric batons. The practitioners who were tortured in this manner include Lu Yuanfeng, Guo Dianhui, Qi Like, Yang Zhongyou, Du Anli, and others.
Since the 8th Division of Dalian City Labor Camp was founded, it has severely persecuted Falun Dafa practitioners, including brutal beating, shocking with electric batons, hanging up, etc. Practitioner Liu Yonglai was forced to lie on a bed, tied up and shocked with electric batons, causing injuries to large areas of her body.
