(Clearwisdom.net) Since January 5, 2005, the five-day "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" International Art Exhibition sponsored by the Korean Falun Dafa Association was held in the No.4 Exhibition Hall of the Ulsan Culture & Art Center. Gyeongsang Daily, a Korean newspaper published a photo report on this event. The following is a translation of the report:
The "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" International Art Exhibition that displayed the demeanor of Falun Gong practitioners who are persecuted by the Chinese government was held from January 5 to 9 in the No.4 Exhibition Hall of the Ulsan Culture & Art Center. More than 30 art works produced by six Chinese artists and four overseas artists depicted the persecution they encountered and the beautiful realm they experienced in their cultivation practice. Some artists also portrayed their personal sufferings in the suppression. Tortures and imprisoned children portrayed in the paintings exhibited Falun Gong practitioners' uncompromising faith and their steadfast pursuit of Truth, Compassion and Forbearance. Falun Gong is a school of Qigong that was created by Li Hongzhi. It has been spread to more than 30 countries over the world. At least 100 million people practice Falun Gong. In 1999, the Jiang regime outlawed Falun Gong and started the oppression. A national exhibition tour sponsored by the Main Assistant Center of the Korean Falun Dafa Association in Pusan, Ulsan, was held last September in Daegu-city and Ulsan was the ninth stop of this exhibition tour.
