(Clearwisdom.net) Since September 2005, mass abductions of Falun Gong practitioners by so-called "administrators of the law" took place in many Chinese provinces, from the western Ningxia and Xinjiang Provinces, to the southern Guangdong Province. Jiang Zemin's terrorist group and particularly ringleaders Zeng Qinghong and Luo Gan have committed serious crimes against the people of China.
The word "abduction" refers to Falun Gong practitioners being illegally detained without having committing any violation of the law. Because the so-called "administrators of the law" did not have any legal evidence needed to support the detention of the practitioners, we refer to these incidents as "abductions" or "illegal arrests."
According to the Minghui/Clearwisdom website, during the early morning of Friday, September 23, 2005, the Daqing City government in Heilongjiang Province dispatched a large group of police officers to illegally arrest Falun Gong practitioners. It has been verified that at least 30 Falun Gong practitioners have been abducted by the authorities in Daqing City. The officers did not present any ID or follow any due process in the abductions or during the ransacking of the practitioners' homes.
After Falun Gong practitioner Li Qingzuo, his daughter and daughter-in-law from Daqing City were abducted, their family members went to the Ranghu Police Department and demanded an explanation. The head of the police department said, "We received unilateral orders from the provincial government that told us to arrest those Falun Gong practitioners on September 23 whose names are on a list." When the family asked, "What law did they violate?" The officers said, "Li Qingzuo had a bad attitude; he was shouting 'Falun Dafa is good' when he was put into the police car."
The perpetrators in uniform abducted Falun Gong practitioner Tang Zengye, an employee of the No. 3 Oil Extraction Factory in Daqing City, on the street, and then they ransacked the homes of her parents and of her brother. When confronted by Tang Zengye's family, the perpetrators said, "Tang Zengye has an Internet problem." What kind of crime is an "Internet problem?"
Backed by the villainous group of Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, and Zeng Qinghong, the perpetrators are unscrupulous in their dealings with Falun Gong practitioners.
Aside from the Constitution of China, which endows Chinese citizens with freedom of belief and freedom of speech, according to laws passed by the rubberstamping Chinese People's Congress, no one has the right to arrest Falun Gong practitioners merely because they do Falun Gong exercises or read Falun Gong books. The "Six Prohibitions Notice" announced by the Department of Public Security in 1999 and the ban by the Civil Administration Bureau are only administrative policies and not laws, because the constitution dictates that only the People's Congress has the right to enact laws. During the brutal persecution of Falun Gong of the past six years, Jiang's group has done away with the remaining "laws" that it used to cosmetically cover up its atrocities.
How can a society without a basic rule of law achieve harmony? If the highest-placed leader of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) really wants to build a "harmonious society," he should first arrest Jiang, Luo, Zeng and their diehard followers who did everything to break the law in this persecution, and put them on public trial.
Since September 2005, the deaths of another 44 Falun Gong practitioners have been verified. In the past six years, 2,744 Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death only because of their belief in Truth-Compassion-Forbearance. The perpetrators will have to pay back this blood debt; it is only a matter of time.
The politics and laws of China cannot forever deviate from the trend of world civilization. The Chinese legal system will eventually embrace a bright future and the perpetrators will be brought to justice sooner or later. What will soon happen is very clear. Ruthless dictators Augusto Pinochet and Saddam Hussein have to face the people's judgment and have been put on public trial for their crimes. Jiang, Luo and Zeng and their followers should have long ago been put on trial for the crimes they have committed against their country and people. However, they have chosen to close their eyes and cover their ears to the truth and to the fact that they will be brought to justice, and continue on their path to destruction. They still hope to completely suppress Falun Gong and are using the whole country's resources to cover up the persecution, hoping that their crimes will not be exposed before they expire.
However, coercion cannot change people's minds, and human history has fully proved this on many occasions. The CCP needs hardly any proof of this from its incessant political movements in the past decades, as its most oft-used weapon, violence, has failed to change people's thinking and belief. The current CCP leaders have in person witnessed and lived through it themselves. Times are different after all, and it's impossible for the CCP to again insulate the country and persecute the people inside China. The billion-yuan Internet firewall aimed at blocking free information has become porous, due to the successful use of software to break through the Internet blockade. Facts of the persecution can be sent abroad, and truth clarification materials can be sent inside China.
Not only has Falun Gong spread to more than 70 countries around the world, an increasing number of people inside China are also learning the truth and becoming practitioners themselves. Many heads of work units are protecting their employees who are Falun Gong practitioners, because they have learned the truth about the practice and the persecution. Even members of the 610 Office know by now that it's impossible to suppress Falun Gong.
Although the terrorist group of Jiang, Luo and Zeng are fanatical and bombastic on the surface, they are in fact trying to conceal weakness and fear. Such is the fear, that the head perpetrators have ordered their followers to do "whatever it takes" to force Falun Gong practitioners to write "guarantee statements" to renounce Falun Gong. They are trying to create the façade of power and an illusion of "victory." This kind of deception that deceives the deceiver and others serves as the best illustration of being outwardly fierce but inwardly faint-hearted.
An ancient Chinese proverb says, "The blizzard will not be able to end the imperial court; a sudden downpour doesn't last the whole day." The lifespan of something vicious and aggressive is inversely proportional to its intensity. It would be wise for those who are serving the Jiang, Luo and Zeng terrorist group to free themselves from this criminal gang, make up for their past mistakes and help end the persecution before the inevitable collapse of this edifice on sand.
I also want to give a solemn warning to Jiang, Luo and Zeng: no one can keep all of their crimes in the dark. Not in the past, neither in the future; the trend of history has forever ruled this out. Don't expect to get lucky, either - "goodness is rewarded and evil will reap its own peril" is a heavenly principle that will never change.
Although you comfort yourselves while committing crimes, saying, "I'm an atheist," you are in fact ill at ease. Do you really think divine retribution does not exist? You know very well that the death rate for officers in the judicial and administrative departments directly responsible for the persecution, such as the "610 Office," the police department, the detention centers, labor camps and prisons, is much higher than the national average.
If Jiang Zemin really has a clean conscience, why would he go to the Jiuhua Mountain to burn incense and secretly copy Buddhist scriptures at home? Countless pairs of eyes, both in heaven and on earth, have witnessed your crimes! Who can escape?
Don't forsake your eternal future for the tiny bit of personal interest in front of your eyes!
