(Clearwisdom.net) First, we'd like to pay our respect to practitioner Liu Jizhi for her courage to stand up and expose the crime committed against her. We strongly condemn the police for raping practitioners!
Ms. Liu Jizhi, we extend our sympathy to both you and your family. We practitioners in Hebei Province and elsewhere, support you! You will receive good rewards for everything you suffered today. 'We hope you can go on with a strong will. We will stand by your side when you walk the darkest day in your life. Our very best wishes go to your family members for supporting you.
Ms. Liu Jizhi, a 51-year-old farmer, is a mother of two daughters. She began to practice Falun Gong in February 1999. Shortly afterwards, her illnesses all went away. In the past, she had a slipped disc and could not get out of bed. Because of her suffering, she had a bad temper. However, one month after she began practicing Falun Gong, she was able to get out of her bed and do housework. Moreover, her bad temper was gone and her family was once again in harmony. Falun Gong changed Liu Jizhi's life and brought happiness to her family. After the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999, like numerous other practitioners, Liu Jizhi suffered severe persecution. The local authorities often broke into her home to harass her family without any reason.
On the night of November 24, 2005, a group of people scaled the wall around Liu's house and broke into her home. They yelled at her family and turned her home upside down. A police station instructor surnamed Liu ordered Liu not to move. Even though they were not able to find anything they could use against Liu, they still took her away. They then went ahead and arrested several other practitioners before they sent all the practitioners to Dongchengfang Police Station in Zhuozhou City.
The police asked Liu Jizhi how many people still practiced Falun Gong in her village. Liu said she did not know. Then the police started to beat and harass her, while saying, "We will make your family penniless if you continue to practice Falun Gong." They used an electric baton to shock her nipples and said, "It's so much fun." Then policeman He Xuejian raped Liu, a kind woman about the same age as his own mother. During the whole process, Wang Huiqi from the local 610 Office was present at the beginning. But he pretended he did not see anything happen and found an excuse to leave the room. Policeman Wang Zengjun, on the other hand, stayed there and just watched what was' happening.
After being raped, Liu was forced to do hard labor. If it were not for Teacher's teachings, Liu probably would not have the courage to go on with her life. The next day, the police station extorted 3,000 yuan from Liu's family before finally releasing her home.
This rape is one of many similar cases that happened to practitioners. The policeman's action is not just a matter of individual morality and character. As a matter of fact, it is the Chinese Communist Party's support that makes its police so blatant in persecuting innocent people. Under the rule of the CCP, police who commit crimes against practitioners won't be punished. On the contrary, they will even be praised and promoted. The connivance and backup of the CCP has made it possible for Chinese police to abuse innocent people at will. In the past six years, at least 2,790 people have been persecuted to death. Torture and sexual harassment has become commonplace in China.
Such widespread torture is a huge threat to everyone's safety in China. One of my colleagues went to a place for business. However, he was mistakenly considered a criminal at large by local police. As a result, he was handcuffed to a tree and left to freeze outside for a whole night. Fortunately, he was rescued by his friends the next day. He ran a high fever for several days.
Each and every one of us has a responsibility to stand up to condemn the crimes instigated by the CCP. Let's work together to bring the police rapist to justice!
