1. Falun Dafa Practitioners Mr. Jia Zhicun and His Wife Zhou Ximeng Are Arrested Again
On the evening of February 6, 2005, Shijiazhuang City 610 Office official Wang Xiaofeng (male) and Xinhua Police Station 610 officer Fan Zhimou (male), along with half a dozen police officers, stormed into the farmhouse of Mr. Jia Zhicun and his wife Zhou Ximeng and frightened their child. Mr. Jia Zhicun and his wife Zhou Ximeng had been abducted multiple times, and their home ransacked. They had also been sentenced to forced labor just because they believe in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. Ms. Zhou Ximeng was sentenced to forced labor in 1999. She served in the Kaiping Labor Camp located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, where she suffered all sorts of torture. On May 13, 2004, more than ten police officers from the provincial police station, the Shijiazhuang City Police Station, the Xinhuan Police Station, and the Zhengding County Police Station stormed into their home and ransacked the place. At the beginning of February 2005, three persons from the Zhengding County 610 Office came to harass them. The very next day, more than ten officers from the Zhengding County Criminal Division came to confiscate their possessions.

2. Practitioner Mr. Gong Peijian from Mengyin County, Shandong Province, Is Sentenced to Three and Half Years in Prison
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Gong Peijian from Mengyin County, Shandong Province, is in his fifties. He has been sentenced to forced labor twice because he firmly cultivates Falun Dafa. He was released in 2004 at the end of his term. On August 5, 2004, he went to practitioner Mr. Liu Kongyu's home in Laiwu City, Shandong Province, to do some business. That night, police surrounded Mr. Liu's house and broke in at 5 a.m. the next morning. The police ransacked the place, abducted Mr. Liu Kongyu and Mr. Gong Peijian, and detained them in the Laiwu City Detention Center. Mr. Liu Kongyu was detained for one month, and Mr. Gong Peijian was sent back to Mengyin County, where the 610 Office detained him for nearly two months. He was then detained in the Mengyin Detention Center for another four months. Police tried twice to lock him in a labor camp, but the camp refused to accept him. Later, the police had him sentenced to three and a half years in prison and sent him to the Taian Men's Prison in January 2005.

3. Lawless Officials in Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, Put Practitioners Mr. Lin Wuyong and Others on Trial
Several months ago, police in Zhuhai City abducted Falun Dafa practitioners Mr. Lin Wuyong, Mr. Zhang Wenxue, Ms. Cai Yunxian, and Mr. Hu Yong. Mr. Hu was sent to the Guangdong Province Legal Education Institute, a brainwashing class. Lawless officials planned to put them on trial on February 24, but postponed the trial to February 28. On the morning of February 28, around 9 a.m., three practitioners were put on trial in the Xiangzhou People's Court. Mr. Lin Wuyong and Mr. Zhang Wenxue were shouting, "Falun Dafa is good" to the public. Later Mr. Zhang Wenxue told Judge Yang Zhenxing (male) how both he and Mr. Lin Wuyong were brutally beaten in the detention center. Eyewitnesses said the trial was ended in a hurry. Both of Judge Yang Zhexing's hands were trembling the entire time.

4. Crimes of State Security Agent Ding Zhiyong and Li Yuming in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province
In April 2001, Xi'an City State Security agents Ding Zhiyong (male) and Li Yuming (male) were showing Ms. Bu Jianghong's photo everywhere in order to arrest her and other practitioners who associated with her. They were deceiving many people, including practitioners, their employers, and their family members. Soon they found Ms. Bu's home, surrounded the place at midnight, and arrested Ms. Bu Jianghong and three other practitioners.
