(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong Practitioner Mr. Wang Xinchun lives on the Fengmao Tree Farm in Yichun, Heilongjiang Province. He lost his legs in 2001 due to the persecution (Clearwisdom has reported his case several times), and the local police have continued to abuse him physically. Details of the ongoing physical assault against him are described in the following paragraphs. [For information on the persecution of Wang Xinchun, refer to "How Did I Lose My Legs?" (http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2004/7/20/50454p.html).]
On January 27, 2005, he went to the Yichun City Appeal Office to expose the crimes of the local officials who have persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. The Yichun City Appeal Office turned him down because he "did not follow the chain of command." [Note: this means that Mr. Wang has to start his appeal from the lowest level appeal office, and is not allowed to appeal to an office of higher authority. If the lowest level appeal office does not allow the appeal, the situation will put the appealer in a serious dilemma.]
Wang Xinchun's father is not in good health. His mother is also a Falun Dafa practitioner and her legs were paralyzed due to the torture she received while in a forced labor camp. The three of them survive on 60 yuan a month and have a hard time making a living.
On January 31, 2005, Wang Xinchun went to the local appeal office and civil administration bureau in his wheelchair to report the persecution he has suffered. Gao Qing'guo, the director of the Fengmao Tree Farm, stopped him on his way, dragged him into a car and sent him back.
The farm extorted 500 yuan from Wang Xinchun in 2000 when he was in a forced labor camp, and Mr. Wang went there to ask for his money back on February 1, 2005. Gao Qing'guo refused to give Mr. Wang the money and kicked him. The police dragged him out of the door. That morning, the secretary of the farm, Chen Chong, dragged, punched and kicked Mr. Wang. In the afternoon, the deputy director Liu Guangmin used a broomstick to hit Wang Xinchun on his head, and then Liu kicked him and poured hot water on him. Liu choked him, used a lighter to burn Mr. Wang's bandage, and smashed his leg stumps with a broomstick, causing them to bleed for a long time. Liu also hit Mr. Wang's head with a floor mop.
On February 2, Wang Xinchun went to the tree farm again to ask for justice. Security guard Dong Shuhua saw "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance are good!" written on the windows. Dong got very angry and dragged Mr. Wang outside while punching and kicking him. Director Gao Qing'guo kicked Wang Xinchun and smashed a chair over his shoulder and back. Mr. Wang was injured in many areas. That afternoon, Liu Guangmin used a lighter and burned the bandage Xinchun uses to protect his knees when he crawls.
At 9 a.m. on March 19, 2005, the deputy director of the Public Safety Bureau, Dong Delin, the director of the 610 Office in the bureau, Xiao Jingyu, director of the Feng'gou Police Station, Min Changchun, police officer Wang Shoumin and Chen Yongmei (nickname Erhong) broke into Wang Xinchun's home. They abducted Mr. Wang's mother and another practitioner, Wang Guixiang, and took them to the garage of the tree farm and interrogated them.
At 1 p.m., officer Wang Shoumin and others broke into Wang Xinchun's home again and brought his father to the garage of the tree farm for interrogation.
They wanted to know who had mailed an appeal letter for Wang Xinchun from the local post office. The letter disclosed the facts of how Xinchun had money extorted from him and how he lost his legs due to the persecution. The police knew that since Wang Xinchun lost his legs, he couldn't possibly have gone himself to the local post office to mail the letter. At that time, the Clearwisdom website posted Wang Xinchun's picture with his legs gone. The local officials tried to find out from his parents who had given the picture to Clearwisdom.
Wang Xinchun went in his wheelchair to ask for his mother back. Officer Wang Shoumin pushed Mr. Wang off the wheelchair and gave him a round of beating on the ground. Mr. Wang's mouth was bleeding, and his injured legs were also bleeding.
In the afternoon, Mr. Wang saw that the police had abducted his father, and went to the tree farm to look for him. Officer Wang Shoumin brutally beat him again, kicked the wheelchair, and punched Mr. Wang in the face until blood ran from his mouth and nose.
For the past several years, Wang Xinchun has been illegally monitored and has had no personal freedom. The police and their associates have continuously abused Mr. Wang and repeatedly beat his disabled legs. The repeated abuse has caused Xinchun's legs to bleed and they have not able to heal.
The officers who work for Jiang Zemin's regime ignore laws and human rights. They are brutal, inhumane and purposely torture good and kind people. Falun Gong practitioners urge these policemen and other wrongdoers: for your families' sake and your own future, stop working for the evil regime and treat Falun Dafa and Dafa practitioners properly. Otherwise, you may be pardoned by the laws in China, but not by the laws in heaven. There will be consequences and it is only a matter of time. If you continue to do bad deeds, you will be held accountable and suffer karmic retribution.
