(Clearwisdom net) Falun Dafa disciple Ms. Shi Yinghua suffered a mental breakdown almost six years ago as a result of persecution. The people who are responsible for this are from the CCP Committee of the Jinshantun District, the police department and the 610 Office. For the last five years, every time she had a relapse of her condition, she had a dull look in her eyes, cried and laughed uncontrollably, and couldn't even recognize her own son, whom she loved most of all.
Ms. Shi Yinghua, 40 years old and a resident of Jinshantun District's Jinshan Forestry Farm, was an elementary school teacher at the Forestry Farm. As a Falun Dafa practitioner she was kind and well liked by students and was repeatedly voted "Excellent Teacher" over the years. Simply for speaking the truth that "Falun Dafa is good!" she was imprisoned in a detention center and brutally tortured. She was devastated both mentally and physically.
Since the beginning of the persecution of Falun Gong, Ms. Shi Yinghua's home was searched, her personal freedom was restricted, and she had to ask for permission if she needed to go anywhere. She was under long-term surveillance.
On October 20, 1999, police arrested Ms. Shi on her way to work and sent to the Forestry Farm's head office. The then general manager, Gao Qingguo, (now the general manager of Fengmao Forestry Farm and who is still persecuting Dafa disciples) asked Shi, "Is Falun Dafa good?" She answered, "Yes!" He asked, "Are you going to practice?" Again she answered, "Yes!"
Because of her answers, she was transferred to the Jinshantun District Procuratorate, where more than 20 Dafa disciples were already imprisoned. Men and women were kept in one room day and night. They were forbidden to sleep and had to ask for permission to use the toilet. They had completely lost their personal freedom.
The detention center police asked Ms. Shi Yinghua if she would still practice Falun Gong. She answered, "Yes." The then Party Secretary Sun Hongxi, Head of the 610 Office Meng Xianhua, Deputy Police Chief Dong Delin, Political & Security Section Head Zhang Xingguo, who was subsequently charged with the crime of embezzlement and ran away to avoid punishment, and Deputy Head of the Political & Security Section Xiao Jingyu all made their recommendations and sent her to a detention center for further persecution without any legal proceedings.
In the detention center, breakfast was a cup of noodle soup and dinner was a steamed bun for which detainees were charged 10 yuan a day, 10 times the market price for this amount of food. Family visits were not permitted. The detainees were completely isolated from the outside world and deprived of their freedom. Under this stress, Ms. Shi Yinghua was mentally devastated. She began to have symptoms of a mental disorder ten days after she entered detention.
Even so, the police brought a large frame on four legs into the room. They pushed Ms. Shi to the ground facing up and then stretched and tightly shackled her arms and legs to the four legs of the frame. Others had to feed her and help her use the toilet. She was fixed in this position 24 hours a day. The shackles that tied her to the frame cut into the flesh of her wrists and ankles. Her limbs were badly injured.
Under such excruciating pain she couldn't help but move around. But the shackles got tighter when she moved and cut almost to the bone. She bit off half of her tongue while suffering from the unbearable pain. The severed part of her tongue was hanging out of her mouth by a piece of skin, and her mouth was filled with blood. The police claimed that she was faking and brutally inserted a mouth guard, which damaged her gums and broke two teeth.
This inhuman torture devastated Ms. Shi both mentally and physically. She suffered a mental collapse and cried and laughed uncontrollably. Despite her condition, the 610 Office head Meng Xuanhua and Deputy Police Chief Dong Delin and others still accused her of faking. At this point, after suffering such cruel tortures, Ms. Shi Yinghua couldn't control her bowels and bladder any more. Her face, hands and feet were covered with blood. She couldn't recognize anybody. Afraid of being sued, the police sent Ms. Shi Yinghua to the Yichun City Mental Hospital for treatment.
Five years have passed, and Ms. Shi Yinghua has still not recovered. The scars left on her from the persecution by the 610 Office agents are still evident today. The once healthy and lively Ms. Shi Yinghua is gone. Instead, her eyes are dull, her mind is not clear, and her speech incoherent. Every time she suffers a relapse, she runs around the street and can't recognize anybody. The one-by-two-centimeter raised scars from the shackles on her wrists and legs are clearly visible.
Her family spent their life savings over the past few years to get treatment for her. Her husband and child moved back to their hometown in Bayan County, and a loving family was destroyed. In order to take care of her, her husband had to quit his job. Her son could no longer enjoy his mother's loving care, and he lives in shock and fear every day. Her family members are indeed suffering.
The people responsible for the persecution of Ms. Shi Yinghua are still at large. They are:
Sun Hongxi, Former Party Secretary of Jinshantun District, Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province (currently Chairman of Jinshantun District People's Congress)
