(Clearwisdom.net) After reading a Minghui (Chinese version of Clearwisdom) article published on April 22, 2005, entitled, "Practitioners Pursued and Arrested as CCP Launches Largest Nationwide Assault on Falun Gong Since July 20, 1999," a thought came to my mind: Oh! Oh! Danger is coming again, and I must be careful. A few minutes later, I realized that this thought was not right. Wasn't this thought the same as acknowledging the persecution by the old forces? If all of us thought this way, this would be an omission that the old forces could exploit
Faced with the new round of mass arrests, how should we deal with it?
First, we should not accept the persecution and we should remain unshakable. We should do well the three things. We are Dafa disciples during Fa-rectification, and we have a duty to save sentient beings. As cultivators on the path to godhood, we are not ordinary people, thus, we should not have any fear.
Second, we must keep a clear mind. Regardless of whether we are distributing truth-clarification materials, VCDs, mailing letters, making telephone calls, or producing truth-clarification materials at home or at group sites, when we are doing coordinated activities, we must pay close attention to safety. Minghui has many articles discussing this issue. We must act righteously.
Third, we must have righteous thoughts. All Falun Dafa practitioners act as one body to eliminate evil with our powerful righteous thoughts.
Fourth, whenever anything happens, each of us must look inside promptly. No matter how ferocious the old forces might be, it is only their manifestation before being totally eliminated. Falun Dafa practitioners should not be shaken by the surface phenomena. We must remain calm and cool-headed toward anything. In this persecution by the old forces, we must constantly pay attention to our self-cultivation and leave no loophole accessible to the evil.
The above are some of my thoughts. It is not comprehensive and serves only as a reference.
