(Clearwisdom.net) Renowned Denmark lawyer Tyge Trier filed a lawsuit on behalf of Falun Gong practitioners on Sunday August 28, 2005 against Jia Chunwang, procurator general of CCP Supreme People's Procuratorate and one of the central figures in China's Gestapo-like 610 Office -- for crimes contravening the UN Convention Against Torture. Jia Chunwang was sued the same day he arrived in Denmark to partake in an international conference for prosecutors being held in Copenhagen.
