(Clearwisdom.net) On October 21 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held activities at the famous St. Lawrence Church in the central area of downtown Nuremberg, Germany to introduce Falun Dafa.
Though drizzling, some practitioners set up a booth without being affected by the weather. Some of them gave away flyers, while others sent forth righteous thoughts. As it gradually cleared up in the afternoon, many people passed by. They viewed the display boards and listened to the facts about Falun Gong. Some asked further questions; others signed the petition to support Falun Gong; still others brought some hot coffee to the practitioners. Even the police who were on duty there were concerned about Falun Gong. Judging from the policemen's smile we could easily tell that they supported Falun Gong. When the activities were approaching an end, a police officer came to us and asked, "Are you okay?" "Did you come across any trouble?"
There were touching stories everywhere. In the past, when practitioners handed out truth clarification materials to people from China, few of them would accept them. What's even worse was that upon seeing us distributing the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, most of them would shy away from us. But now, the situation has changed, and most of the Chinese people accept them without hesitation. In the meantime, some came to us to ask for it. Some even had a long talk with practitioners for over one hour until they had to depart for the airport to catch their flight. When bidding farewell to them, practitioners said, "When you come across Falun Gong practitioners in China, please extend our greetings to them." They replied, "Definitely!" Practitioners remarked that people are supposed to have rapport with one another like this. Especially for Chinese people, if we didn't have the evil Chinese Communist Party's instigation, we would have good rapport among our Chinese people.
