(Clearwisdom.net) I am the only Falun Dafa practitioner at home, so I am with non-practitioners most of the time. Under their influence, I sometimes behave like them and talk about ordinary affairs excitedly. However, I realize my shortcomings whenever I see a practitioner. Even if he is far away and we don't speak, and maybe we just nod or smile to each other, I tremble. All the ordinary people's things on me are cleared away. What is left is the righteous thought of helping Master with Fa-rectification and saving sentient beings.
At the beginning, I thought I had this feeling because I realized I didn't do well and felt embarrassed when I saw other practitioners. That's why the feeling was so strong. But after studying the Fa and reading Minghui Weekly, I knew that this was just one reason and that the main reason is that there is a compassionate and righteous field around every practitioner.
One person's energy is not necessarily strong, but when the energy from two people is combined, it becomes twice as strong. Especially when you are not diligent and you walk into another practitioner's righteous field, you tremble. Within this field, you do not even need to talk about your attachment, as it is exposed right in front of you with nowhere to hide. You thus realize your shortcomings, stop standing still and continue to be diligent.
Since one practitioner's field has such a huge impact on another practitioner, how would a non-practitioner react under such a field? Master said,
"Whether you are on the street walking, in the workplace, or at home, you can have this effect on others. People within your field may unintentionally have their illnesses healed since this field can rectify all abnormal conditions." ("Energy Field," Zhuan Falun)
Let us be more diligent. The more our energy field is purified, the stronger it will be.
