(Clearwisdom.net) The Third Falun Dafa Truth, Compassion, Tolerance Art Exhibition was held in a national gallery in downtown Ankara, Turkey on February 13, 2006. The director of the gallery offered strong support for the exhibition and told practitioners, "You can distribute flyers, say what you like to say and teach the exercises." The gallery printed 1,000 invitation cards for the exhibition for free while it generally printed 500 copies for other exhibitions. The invitation cards described Falun Dafa's health benefits and introduced a dozen practitioner artists. It was also mentioned that the exhibition was held to help and support the spread of Falun Dafa in Turkey.
Falun Gong exercise demo
During the opening ceremony, Falun Gong practitioners held an exercise demonstration and exposed the brutal persecution against practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The paintings "A Tragedy in China", "Homeless" and "Coming Back, Daddy" exposed the suffering of practitioners due to the CCP's persecution, and attracted much attention. Many paintings showed the grace of Falun Dafa. Practitioners talked about their own experiences in cultivation and explained the wide spread of Dafa around the world. Many people asked about the time and location of the nine-day Falun Gong introduction seminar and wished to learn.
In the following days, groups of students came to view the exhibition and have group photos taken. A principal said that the photos would be posted on the bulletin board of the school and that viewing the exhibition had been a most meaningful activity. The principal also invited practitioners to teach the Falun Gong exercises in the school.
The exhibition was held in the downtown area of the capital city. Many state government officials, bank staff, and parliament members came to view and learn the exercises, and some participated in the nine-day Falun Gong seminar.
