(Clearwisdom.net) Editors' Note: In both Western and Chinese culture, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The universe will reward actions that are in harmony with this principle, while actions such as beating, torturing and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
Li Keqiang, the leader of the Criminal Police Brigade of Fuping County, Hebei Province, went to Baoding on May 28, 2006 to arrest practitioners who had gone there to appeal for justice. The car he was riding in collided with a truck. Although Li Keqiang was sitting in the back seat, he was the only one who was killed in the accident.
Since July 1999, Jiang Zemin and the Chinese Communist Party have persecuted Falun Gong and its practitioners countrywide. Li Keqiang, the leader of the criminal police brigade of Fuping County, acted as an accomplice to the Jiang regime.
In September 1999, Li Keqiang, Di Xueyong and Zhou Qiulai tortured four Falun Dafa practitioners. In the morning, Li Keqiang and Di Xueyong shocked the cheeks of Falun Dafa practitioner Liu Gairong. They stopped only when the electric-shock baton shocked them back. This was a warning that they would receive karmic retribution if they continued to torture Falun Dafa practitioners. Unfortunately, they did not heed this warning.
From the afternoon to the late night, Li Keqiang and Di Xueyong tortured practitioners Yuan Guihua, Xin Guozhi, and Zhang Lianfen, tying up their bodies in a method used only on death row prisoners facing execution. They tortured the practitioners for two hours. In just a short period of time, this brutal torture can paralyze the arms, cause the entire body to be in extreme pain and make breathing difficult. Yet they would continue to tighten the rope bit by bit, more and more. This torture makes the blood flow backward and causes great pain. They even tortured three women this way. They only untied the ropes when the practitioners passed out after two hours. By that time, the ropes had already cut into the flesh.
Li threatened the practitioners with even more torture. Later, they conducted an illegal interrogation of Yuan Guihua.
"Good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil." Li Keqiang received his karmic retribution for his crimes.
